PPengguna TetamuGreat location and very clean throughout the hotel. The staff were truly amazing—super helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond and deserve a big bonus for their service. There were a few insects in the room and some along the hall, but everything else was well maintained. I did go to the front desk to ask for pillows and waited for a while with no one there, but aside from that, the experience was wonderful overall.
The staff all definitely deserve a BIG Bonus for my family of 9 there, would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hope they can improve on what I said ❤️ Thank you for all your help

- the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei
- the staff are very friendly
The bad:
- the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony.
- only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food.
- the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere.
- various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included.
- when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it.
Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

JJenWAHistrionic hotel with beautiful lake/park, friendly staff, good breakfast! We can imagine this was a five-star hotel 20 years ago. Unfortunately, the room amenities seem outdated; the furniture and appliances are old and damaged, and the carpets are worn and filthy. We checked in building 5, in our rooms the mattress was old, very thin & You can feel the prickly springs inside the mattress.. We couldn't sleep at all the first night, and it wasn't until the staff upgraded our rooms twice that we were able to sleep on the standard hotel mattresses. As a five-star hotel, old and broken facilities can be excused as ”nostalgia,” but at the very least, guests should be provided with comfortable mattresses and a clean environment. There are other things I don't want to mention here, because these problems aren't the house keeping staff's fault, but rather the responsibility of the hotel management. Finally, I want to thank the housekeeping supervisor/manager who upgraded our rooms; they were very patient and even thoughtfully brought us fruit.

NNick-Lv426Before coming to Emei Utopia Hentique Resort, I called and used their free gift pick-up service from Emeishan railway station. One of their staff was waiting with a sign and welcomed us warmly. The drive to the resort was very good. Upon arriving at the hotel, employees at reception helped us with a lot of information about the Mount Emei climb. The room is very well designed, a mix of traditional and modern architecture. Definitely, a room highlight is the garden with hot springs, I enjoyed it immensely. I would definitely come back to this place, I recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuLe Méridien Emei was the best part of my Emei trip, especially with the bad weather. Spacious room with a nice mountain view. Loved the large bathtub — perfect for a hot soak in the cold. Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Short ride to 报国寺站 to take the bus up to Mount Emei. Breakfast mostly local, but basic options like bread, eggs and sausages available. Seems popular with families — many staying over the weekend.

AAndyBudLovely hotel for my wife birthday, there was a bath and my my wife enjoy a long bath after a long day walking around the giant Buddha. Great location to do everything. Breakfast was ok, to us it could have been hotter, it is more a Chinese breakfast witch is ok. That is what we come for. But at our age now I can't have alot of spice.... coffee was not anything special, these are just little things. The staff was very helpful on the last night as my wife got her phone nick and needed to use laptop. It took some time to explain what we needed to do. But got there in the end. Would i say there again. YES

管家小袁超貼心的，提前加微信、幫忙升級，不用折騰換房間。詢問我有帶寶寶後，提前想到了床圍，驅蚊水，小童浴袍和拖鞋等等，細節真的滿分
駟馬屋房間很大，雙台盆，浴缸，小米吹風機，房間延伸出去自帶一個涼亭，每天都想在涼亭坐一坐，吹着風，看這綠意盎然的世界，很享受
小童活動的教練和老師們也都超有耐心的。娃喜歡射擊，那個水彈教練幫他裝了無數次。射箭的教練也很耐心教他。最後一天退房後還在親子樂園玩得不想走，做完了最後一個任務（探祕春天裡）才心滿意足的離開
優點之後説説不足。
首先是小童活動包括叢林穿越，樹攀都限制了1.2米的身高，管家解釋説是裝備比較大，出於安全考慮得符合身高。但這些項目我們在其他親子酒店（比如神州半島喜來登）都玩過。準備合適的裝備即可。
另外一個是早餐。同等價位來説早餐選擇較少，但口味我喜歡，是好吃的。週六入住率高，週日早上的早餐明顯感覺服務不如平時，多個客人在距離收餐還有一段時間的時候提醒補一下包子和其他蒸點，服務員有聽到但沒有任何行動。此舉很拜好感。清明節住蘇州萬豪的時候，早餐廳服務員都是各自盯着自己的地盤，但凡發現東西快見底就立馬補上，根本沒有客人提醒的機會。更別提客人提醒了還不行動的，屬實無法理解。

I'm not really sure, why the outdoor hot spring pool water stopped when I was filling it up, I tired a few times to open it back but the water just didn't flow down, as I only got 1 night and the time was late so I never called them and ask for help. May return but hope this small area can be improved.

PPengguna TetamuThis is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.

Biliknya sangat bersih dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan dan kemudahan yang lengkap. Perkhidmatan jemputan dan hantar ke stesen kereta api berkelajuan tinggi Emei sangat baik. Lokasinya tidak jauh dari jalan makanan ringan Dongmen dan Kuil Buddha Besar. Saya kini lebih menggemari hotel lama yang mapan seperti ini.
