共立リゾートでは、一番利用し、一番好きな我が家の定宿です。 ロビーラウンジが混んで来たので、ラウンジ外の広いテラスで、チェックインまでコーヒー飲みなから、くつろぎました。 このテラスからは森の木々が見えて、せせらぎの水の音が聞こえるように設計されています。 翌朝のお風呂上がりにも、ラウンジに来て、モーニングコーヒーと冷たい黒豆茶を飲みました。湯上がりに外のテラスの涼しさはホッとします。まだ紅葉の緑が美しく、水の音とともに、本当に癒やされます。 大浴場の大きい方の風呂に行ったら、脱衣場の籠がロッカー型式になっていました。 ロッカーの柄が竹か笹なのはともかく、濃いペパーミント色と白(ハワイっぽい？)で、本来の古代風呂の雰囲気に全くマッチしてませんでした。 部屋に戻り、つれあいとロッカーについて訪ねたら、「安っぽいくなったなぁ」と言ってて、全く同感です。日帰り湯でもあのような柄は見ないです。 湯上がりの椅子(湯上がり牛乳を飲む)が無くなったとつれあいが言ってましたが、一番端の方(エレベーターとは逆方面)にテレビがあるお休み処ができてました。 また朝の乳酸飲料も、こちらの場所に変更になっていました。 お風呂は翌朝早朝に、久しぶりに、貸し切り露天風呂に行ってみました。森の中のお風呂という感じでいいです(お風呂はつかるだけ)。 またもう一つの大浴場に行ったら、脱衣場ではまだ籠を使っていて(部屋のキー用のロッカーあり)、変なトロピカルっぽい？ロッカーに、なってなくて、ホッとしました。 こちらも古代風呂の感じです。 夕食は、静かな席をとリクエストを入れておいたら、一番奥の静かな席でした。 食事内容も、担当の方も良かったです。 今までに宿泊した共立リゾートの中で、この宿だけが、夕食時60分のアルコール飲み放題があります。 60分なので、飲み過ぎにならない範囲なので、このサービスは嬉しいです。 11時チェックアウトなので、ゆっくりできる点も気に入ってます。

It was a wonderful 1 night trip tom Tokyo. Went by car, about 2 hours easy, relaxing drive. The hotel has car park, safety box at reception area, yukata (for room and bath use). Amenities by Pola cosmetics brand, very nice. Room slipper and hotel ground slipper. An own sock might be nice if you don't like the sticky feel. There is bath tub in room also although the onsen is far more wonderful experience. Locker within, hair dryer, water for drink. Basket is available in room for bathing purpose, where change and other stuff can be put in. The whole basket can be locked inside provided locker in bathing area. A code to unlock entrance door will be provided upon check in. Dinner (1 hour) and breakfast (50 minutes) were fabulous and plenty of choices. There is time limit and I suppose to discourage chatting during meal time. A can of drink is presented after finishing dinner. A bento palate is provided to some takeout if needed. There is a gift shop area at lobby too. (Will post photos later.)

晚飯非常不錯，我們從迪士尼乘地鐵轉新幹線換大巴直接可以直接到門口，很方便。私湯很棒，建議下午泡景色更好，我們晚上泡有點黑。早飯和晚飯是需要預訂時間的，建議早飯時間約到8點半，因為他會提前20分鐘來收被子，睡不了懶覺🥱

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is just a few minutes walk to the Hakone shrine and tori gate on the water and about 15 minutes walk to the town by the water. From the town you can catch the pirate ship or ferry to the base of the cable car and head up the mountain to other attractions. The hotel grounds are lovely and full of pathways lined with Rhododendrum. The rooms are a great size and all have a view of the lake. I stayed on the third floor and in my opinion rooms on the third and fourth floors have a better view but the second floor rooms have a balcony and the first floor rooms have patios. The hotel provides yukatas and all toiletries you might need. The hotel onsen is small but nice and also has an outdoor bath. The hotel spa is very relaxing with a variety of services. I did not have dinner at the property but breakfast was very good. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and I prefer some thing softer but that is a personal preference.

Hotel Hakone Suimeisou is a perfect blend of old tradition and modern Japan. This hotel provides an excellent experience of Japanese hospitality. It is in the most convenient location and serves as a take-off point to the rest of the Hakone region. The Hakone Yumoto Station is only a few minutes walk and there are so many places to eat and shop within the area. The hotel is designed as a traditional Ryokan inn and provides traditional Japanese hospitality with rooms that are clean and well-designed. Make sure to experience the full service by availing of the breakfast and dinner service in your rooms. There are bountiful seafood dishes that are provided for each meal. Take advantage as well of the onsen (natural hot spring) facilities. There are touches of modern amenities in the hotel to make you feel comfortable. I commend the staff for their excellent service and will definitely come back in the future.

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

It also close to the down town and the Orwada Castle that is very impressive.
We came at the holiday, Sport day, and watched an authentic japanese ceremony, that was down to the hotel.
The staff very helped us and was very care about our needs.
The room size is good for couple.

如其他評論，第一次確實不好找。
從小田原站“東口”出，先下一段小扶梯。在lusca商場右拐到室外的一段平台上。右轉進一個玻璃門，在成城石井超市左面的外連廊裏通過，會經過一個小停車場，就能看到天誠園的指示牌沿箭頭走，看到深棕色的建築（找minaka的指示牌也可以）。右手進室內看到西湘foodstadium的門口坐直梯上四層就看到前台了。
酒店10層可以温泉，房間會提供一個網袋，裏面有浴巾毛巾和分體睡衣，如果有孩子，入住時還會提供孩子的小碼分體睡衣。酒店房間窗外景色很好的，窗户密封還行火車不會吵到。
從小田園出發去箱根非常方便，買好兩天的箱根周遊券，從小田園出發去箱根，纜車，爬山小火車，海盜船，盤山巴士都隨時乘坐不用再另外買票。下次有機會來還會選擇住這裏。
小田園站內商場吃飯或者到車站外面吃飯選擇很多。

This hotel is located right in front of Sun Beach. Therefore, we had very good views of the Atami Fireworks which was fired from the sea. We had great view of the sunrise too. The room we occupied was spacious and clean. The buffet dinner was very sumptuous, with free flow of crabs and various seafood. We got to make our own pizza too. The buffet breakfast was good too. The staff members were professional and friendly. There are also bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient to travel using the frequent local bus to the surrounding areas and Atami Station.

PPengguna TetamuHad a large Japanese style room on the fifth floor. The place is characterful and the onsens feel original and charming. Being in our 60's futons and dining on the floor was probably not the best choice. There is no restaurant or bar so you dine in your room. There are a lot of courses, maybe 10, for both breakfast and dinner served in batches of about 3 at a time. We really enjoyed dinner the first night but less so the second - there is no choice so the individual dishes are to your taste or not. We didn't enjoy breakfast which is more like a small meal and not to our taste. The building is up on the side of a hill and the whole area in very hilly so not easily walkable. We had a car and went on the cablecar up to the lake.

衞生：踏踏米的床品沒有另兩張固定床上的床品乾淨 被子像拿出來再次利用 不知道有沒有清洗過…因為有發現頭髮 （家人手速太快弄開了就沒拍圖）
衞生還是非常有待提高 裝一次性用品的抽屜有頭髮 浴缸裏也有頭髮掉落
服務：前台小哥辦理完入住後會幫忙拿行李進房間 介紹完房間的設施 告訴你泡温泉穿的衣服擺放的位置 你沒問題後才會離開。

PPipilu67Pastikan anda memilih bilik pemandangan tasik yang tidak dapat dikalahkan di Bangunan Timur atau Barat! Hotel ini direka oleh artis terkenal, termasuk karya Togo Murano pada tahun 1978. Kerusi angsa merah yang terkenal dan sofa di dalam bilik tetamu penuh dengan rasa kontemporari. Kolam air panas dilengkapi sepenuhnya. Jangan risau tentang perjalanan yang bergelombang. Mata air panas dan makanan yang lazat serta-merta menghilangkan kepenatan hari itu. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah jurang antara perkhidmatan lama dan baharu membawa perasaan yang sama sekali berbeza. Komunikasi bahasa adalah masalah biasa semasa melancong di Jepun, tetapi latihan hotel untuk pekerja baharu perlu diperkukuhkan dengan segera.

Did not book with meals, counter staff first said we can walk in to Japanese restaurant without booking for dinner, other restaurants require reservation. When we returned in the evening, manager insisted all restaurants require reservation and Japanese restaurant was not open, only Chinese restaurant available. Unfortunately whole hakone was almost closed by 5pm, no choice but to take the Chinese food.
Booked private onsen with counter, staff at onsen counter had wrong rates and took a while to clarify, seems like half the staff were confused with inaccurate info.
Ofher than that, overall one night stay was pleasant, left my milk bottle there and they promptly forwarded to my next hotel upon request. Much appreciated!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at the Hakone Hotel as part of a tour group. We had a spacious twin room with a view over the garden and part of Lake Ashi. The room spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. We had a comfortable chair and a comfortable 2 seater couch as well as comfortable beds. In the morning we had a beautiful clear view of Mt Fuji from the grounds of the hotel. We had a delicious included dinner at the hotel as well as a good buffet breakfast. There was a capsule coffee/tea maker in the room that I tried with Earl Grey Tea which was a bit strong for my taste.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a relatively average resort hotel. It is set in the beautiful Hakone region, but has limited vantage points to see the views. The rooms are quite average with odd steps down to the room and bathroom. Also the food at the hotel is not particularly good, we had breakfast and a dinner, which I would not recommend. The service was helpful, but I would not specifically recommend this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI don’t know if this place went through a renovation or not but I was reading the reviews from a few years ago and it was not like that at all. Room was big and clean and modern. Very nice bathroom, shower, etc. the sleeping area was big. Could sleep 4 adults comfortably at least. The one bad thing was the rice pillows! The pillows are made entirely of rice it seemed and they were very uncomfortable. So bring your own! If possible. Price is a bit high. Slightly less than $400 USD, but that includes full dinner and breakfast and 3 drinks per person. Alcohol included. The dinner was..l interesting. Very Japanese style, did not know half of what I was eating and some was good and some was spit out worthy. But definitely a unique experience. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodations and helpful. Impeccable service. For that alone it would be 5 stars. People there are so very nice. Nice onsen/ spa areas. Womens area includes 4 pools. 2 inside 2 outside. They give u full robes and what not to wear into there and there’s tea available in the spa. They are renovating the outside so the front isn’t very aesthetically pleasing. But the gardens are gorgeous. Would recommend.

PPengguna TetamuWe were greeted by hotel staff upon arrival. We were not given the option to select dinner time, which was set at 8pm which was late when compared with counterparts. We were only given the option to change to 5pm on the subsequent night, which was not convenient for us. The arrangement for who gets to be seated with the forest view or not is unknown and strange. On the first night we were seated at a room without a view, which was stuffy and adjacent tables full of uncleared dishes which give rise to an unpleasant odour. The other customers sitting in the room was served food all at once encompassing shabu shabu, while sashimi bowl was offered as a buffet. We were offered a forest view on the second night. Food was served according to courses, which was average and sashimi offered was similar to what was offered in the buffet though in large pieces. Breakfast was better with Japanese and western foods available. Rooms and onsens were nice. Recommend only choose the room only option as food was really not up to standard when compared to other Japanese counterparts.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked Hakone Airu under the expectation of taking part in an 'experience' and wanted to embrace all that we would be offered. Primarily, we were looking for a place to stay in the Hakone area with a private onsen and reasonably close to transport links. Hakone Airu delivered in all of these aspects and was a fantastic spot from which we could make use of the Hakone pass and explore the region. Directions upon booking were clear and advised taking a bus or taxi from the train station but we opted to walk the 15 minutes and take in the local shops. While the final stretch does climb uphill, if you are reasonably fit, it shouldn't be a problem. Check-in was very welcoming and after complimentary drinks, we were shown to our room which was perfect. The outside area with private onsen and views of the surrounding hills was divine and we enjoyed spending evenings 'soaking' in the atmosphere both figuratively and literally. This ticked every box in achieving the relaxing onsen experience we were looking for. Meals were plentiful. Breakfast was fit for a king and the western menu (with a Japanese nod) set us up for each day with full and satisfied stomachs. The evening meal was 'Kaiseki' which, as defined by Google, is ”a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. The term also refers to the collection of skills and techniques that allow the preparation of such meals”. It is akin to a 'tasting menu' that you might expect in more elaborate Western restaurants. With that in mind, we fully expected a range of textures, tastes, colours and presentation that could challenge our palates. The meal did exactly that. Over ten, superbly presented courses, we sampled a range of meats, seafood and clever vegetable twists that both delighted and challenged our expectations. The Sashimi was a particular highlight along with the cleverly designed corn dish! A turban sea snail added to the adventure and is a great example of how the menu can push your expectations by providing foods you may not ordinarily opt for. Impressively, the menu was different each night and a delight to sample. Throughout our stay, the staff were outstanding: courteous, polite, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. Thank you. We arrived at Hakone Airu with high hopes; these were achieved in every aspect. I would love to visit again and recommend it to anyone who is open to embracing everything on offer.
