"Well located but very noisy at night due to the quad bikes passing by on the street next door. With the exception of the noise, it is a good option in the central region! If you are booking it, bring an ear plug to reduce the noise at bedtime."

"Apart-hotel very well located near the beach. A little dated, deserves renovation. But the bad experience is that cash was stolen from us there. The safe is keyed and not coded. Despite the intervention of the police and the statements made, we were, of course, unable to prove anything. We therefore remain with a bad impression of dishonesty from the staff."

"Really cute island with white sand. We were unfortunate enough to visit on some of the few days when the island had bad weather but saw enough to see how idyllic it would have been in calm weather. The food in the restaurant was lovely and we hired a buggy to drive over to west side of the island to watch the sunset which was fun. We will go back and hopefully experience the island in good weather."

"We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Tierra Del Mar and would happily return. The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable, with a very large bed that delivered perfect, deep sleeps every night. Our room had a lovely outlook over the common garden area, which added to the calm, relaxed vibe. The pool was a real highlight—ideal for cooling off and taking a break from the Holbox heat (and the endless beach cocktails!). The location is spot on, making it easy to walk to so many of the island’s best spots without any hassle. One small thing to note is the lack of a fridge, which made keeping drinks cold a bit tricky—but it’s easily solved by grabbing ice from the nearby store just around the corner. What really elevated our stay was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but Isra stood out in particular. Always smiling and ready to help, no matter the time of day, Isra provided thoughtful recommendations and guidance that really helped tailor our experience to what we were looking for. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Holbox—comfortable, well-located, and full of genuine hospitality."

The staff were so so friendly and helped us with everything - and did I mention the outoddor pool? It really is a true slice of paradise and island living."

"Room was nice, design is cute. Unfortunately really noisy depending on the room you get. There’s several bars nearby and some you can hear everything until 2 am. Some rooms are quieter though. Location is good if you like to go out. If not then you’re just in the epicenter of noise. Cleanliness was good but they never came to clean the rooms/fill up water/take the trash. Staff was nice and helpful."
