I just came back from staying in the sea star for a week (split in the middle by a nile cruise) and cannot fault the place. The food was excellent - such a variety and all so tasty! I was worried before going that because it was all inclusive that the food would be sub par but it was anything but. The hotel itself was great with spacious rooms and comfy beds, but the real stand out was the staff. I have never felt so welcomed! It was myself, my partner, and our baby boy and the fuss that was made over my son was absolutely delightful. The staff were all so attentive, especially Mahmoud and Mahamed in the restaurant and a few others who bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend sea star and would stay again in a heartbeat! We miss it already and only came home yesterday!

Food very tasty thanks for staff of restaurant And many thanks for shamandora staff (snacks restaurant) I haven't time to aqua But may be next time Beach brilliant but need to bus for transport I recommend it more if you will visit hurghada

Ekologi perkhidmatan am adalah baik, tetapi meja depan pada umumnya mempunyai sikap yang buruk. Saya telah menemui beberapa perkara dan menemui meja depan yang berbeza. Sikapnya sangat lemah. Cuma wifi lobby je free, so lobby free nak surf internet sebab data kami beli sendiri. Tidak mengapa jika tiada wifi di dalam bilik, tetapi isyarat di dalam bilik sangat, sangat lemah. Saya menyelam ke laut dan terdapat grid penuh 4g di tengah laut. Di dalam bilik, mesej WeChat sering dihantar selama dua minit dan ia masih berada dalam kalangan. Jika anda ingin mengalami seseorang Dunia yang tenang, selamat datang untuk hidup. Bercakap tentang menyelam, pusat menyelam di Hilton adalah sebuah lubang. Everything was great. It was our honeymoon. ❤️We enjoyed and rested. Our room was very comfortable and with the nice sea view. The service was very good everywhere, all staff is very polite and helpful. We will come back!

First of all, we are very sorry for not checking more of the reviews about the resort, as now, after our stay, we agree with most of the negative ones, unfortunately… * We have booked it for ultra all-inclusive and it was no different from our friends that had just all-inclusive * the food has a low quality with a lower variety of food, we can say that for our 7 nights stay almost everyday we have eaten the same things, some of them cooked the days before * the rooms, and not only, are not clean enought due to the furniture beeing already too used * extremely poor wifi connection * the stuff is nice until you need their help and they start being pissed off… to mention here that out room key card was not opening the door anymore, we notified the reception by phone, discussed it with 2 other persons from the staf and after 1 hour we had to go to the reception to find that they did not know about the issue... Overall for us the resort is a big no, no.

I have no negative comments about the hotel. The rooms were a good nice, kept spotlessly clean each day. 3 good sized pools with plenty of loungers, each pool had a bar as well as a bar by the beach, the terrace and in the foyer. Good selection of food for each meal. I eat quite plainly, so a typical breakfast for me was cereal, yoghurt with fresh fruit and pancakes. My more adventurous daughter sampled many of the different dishes on offer. One more she had battered Cauliflower, roasted vegetables, omelette and hash brownie! At lunch time and evening meal there was always a pasta station, two types of soup, lots of different breads, lots of different salads, rice, potatoes, then different meat and fish dishes. Lots of choice of cakes all beautifully decorated. The hotel has its own private beach, again there were plenty of sunbeds available. Of an evening there was some entertainment..singers, dancers, violinist, and saxophone player. Entertainment was quite low key, there were not that many on the terrace. I expect in the summer months everywhere will be much busier and more entertainment. There were tennis, table tennis and crazy golf available. If you want to get away and just chill and enjoy the sunshine then this hotel is ideal. I was surprised at how green the complex was, there were a lot of shrubs with colourful flowers and the staff worked very hard mowing the grass and sweeping up leaves The only downside for me was that the hotel was quite isolated, you couldn't go for a walk or take a local bus. Except for trips you were contained within the complex. However being on the complex meant that we felt very safe and could walk through the complex in the dark without any concerns. So..in conclusion as long as you are happy having a week's rest in the sunshine, chilling by the pool or beach then this is ideal

Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!
