"This is our second time at this hotel, and I'm sure we'll be back again. It's a great value, and this time we even got to use the pool. If you're planning on swimming, remember to bring your swim cap. Big thanks to the swim guard who was super helpful. Our room was clean and comfy. Just a small thing, not a huge deal for us, but the toilet's sliding door didn't close all the way, so that could use some fixing."

"I don’t usually write long reviews, but the St. Regis Shenzhen really impressed me. Let’s start with the service – because wow. From the moment I walked in, the reception girls were absolutely perfect. Warm, professional, and so attentive without being overbearing. They remembered little details, made check-in seamless, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay special. Honestly, they set the tone for the whole trip. The room? Incredible. Spacious, elegant, super comfortable bed, and every little amenity you could think of. But the real showstopper was the view – floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Shenzhen skyline. I must have just stood there for ten minutes taking it all in. Breakfast was delicious too – great mix of Western and local options, everything fresh, and the service at breakfast was just as polished as the front desk. If you’re looking for a hotel that nails the luxury basics and goes the extra mile with genuine, thoughtful service, this is it. I’ll definitely be back."

"The front desk and room service service is good! Attached to 2 small shopping mall.  But the location is very far from city or tourist spot! We took about 30-40min to our tourist spots. Ie CBD and Tong Meng Pedestrian Street. taxi fare cost us RMB 28-45 per trip. Oh ya, I think they should change the design of their chair in the room, the chair balancing no good, try to sit there, bend down and wear your shoes. You will definitely fell to front! "Great location—about a 2-minute walk to Window of the World, next to a large mall, and many places to eat (from very local options to Italian food). We had an okay room. The bathroom was a bit tricky because of the layout and the different doors (between the toilet, the shower, and the open area). We specifically booked this room for access to the Executive Lounge, but I don’t think this was a good decision. The Lounge was very basic, not well ventilated, and it didn’t offer much variety. It’s marketed as different, so next time we’ll know not to book it. We usually book rooms with this access because we have kids. The pool is very nice and at a perfect temperature. The only downside is that you need to wear a swim cap, even though it’s an outdoor pool. Also, the small bar and food outlets outside were closed, so it was difficult to get drinks or food. We had to go buy things outside, or order by going inside and bringing them ourselves. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The housekeeping team is the best! We received treats for our son, including specific amenities for him. And since it was my husband’s birthday, we also received a complimentary small piece of cake—nice detail."

"Great location, walking distance to Huaqiangbei Electronics world - perfect to anyone who is visiting Shenzhen for the cyberpunk vibes. Hotel is fantastic with friendly service and amazing rooftop swimming pool and sauna. As well it offers delicious breakfast. We definitely would like to return:)"

"Everything is perfect except for delivery system. They don’t deliver your food to your room from Lobby. This is really inconvinient to go down from 36 floor to 1st floor. I wish they could fix this problem otherwise it is not worth for its price."

"Slightly difficult to navigate as a first timer since the check in counter is at level 43 instead of ground floor. Otherwise all good. - Check in was easy. We arrived slightly earlier before the check in time and the front desk communicated to us that our rooms will be ready around check in time (3pm). - Upon our return, the front desk delivered all rooms and arranged for the concierge to deliver our luggage to our rooms in a timely manner. - Rooms were clean, have spectacular views, and come with an iron board and iron. Lighting comes with bright and soft options. - Great variety of breakfast. I enjoyed the drinks. Sausages and the sunny side egg were amazing. - Check out was quick and easy too. As we carried cash, we decided to pay the majority of the amount using cash. The front desk is happy to refund the change using WeChat pay or we can have the payment done by both cash and WeChat pay (e.g. X RMB cash + Y RMB WeChat pay) so no change is required. - Concierge also did a great job in loading our bags to the vehicle upon checking out from the hotel. I liked that the hotel has no nonsense upselling and purely delivers what it offers in comparison with one of the other hotels that we stayed in Shenzhen. No fuss and seamless. Fun fact: Nearby this hotel has a few drop off /pick up points for Robotaxis (not exactly in front of the lobby but walkable distance). If you're a tourist and wish to experience driverless taxis, PonyAi provides such services within this Nanshan district and you can book it via WeChat mini programmes. It is also walkable to Coastal City shopping mall where it also has a dedicated area to see drones dispatching food and beverage ******* orders to elsewhere. There is a complimentary gym at lvl 62 operated by the hotel however sauna services are operated separately."

"Had a wonderful stay at EVEN Guangming and will definitely be back! The service was impeccable and everyone was lovely and friendly. There’s a lot to do in this technology area also so we will definitely be back. One thing to note, the pool is operated by an external company and doesn’t open until 2pm. But it is open until around 10pm which is great for older families 😁😁"
