"Comfortable location along the road R9 surrounded by hills and trees. Nice landscape. A few minutes' drive from the centre of Ismailly. Small hotel with a main structure and a few bungalows with a rooftop (common in the area) set in a circle. Cool colours and lights for both interiors and exteriors do not make the structure comfortable. The spa access path could be revived as well as the pool which is very large but aseptic (a little hot water). As for dinner a few days before arrival, we had asked about the type of menu for the occasion and then at check-in we asked until chd now was possible to eat. We were not warned that to ensure a table we should have booked, nor that a big party was planned. We were so excluded and we had to go through a short seppur track in the car to eat in a restaurant with families and live music: everything was very painting if it wasn't that they tried to make us pay a The Commission has not yet been able to make a clear statement on the issue of the absence of a common position on the matter.
