Hotel berhampiran G.o.pasa, Istanbul

Otelin merkezi bir konumda olması, odası, temizliği ve kahvaltısı tek kelimeyle mükemmel... Ancak personel grubundan resepsiyon görevlilerinin üslupsuz yaklaşımları otelin hissedarlarına kan kaybı yaşatıyor. Tasviren gözlüklü resepsiyon görevlisi ile sarışın ve sivil giyimli resepsiyon bölgesinde yetkili gibi görünen fakat görevi konusunda açıklaması dahi olmayan şahıslar, otelin dışarıya açılan yüzü olmaktan çok müşteri kaybı odaklı çalışma havasında... 15 Eylül 2022 tarihinde saat 12.00 itibariyle çıkış işlemlerimin olacağı sıra, kuzenimin tedavimin başarılı geçmesi üzerine küçük bir kutlama yapma isteği üzere, bahsettiğim resepsiyon görevlilerinden izin istemesine ve kendilerinin de duruma refakat edebilecekleri söylenmesine rağmen otele, lobiye ve odaya misafir kabul edemeyeceklerini söylüyorlar ve ekliyorlar “Parasını verin girin” diyerek. Böyle bir anlayış yok. Çıkışıma 10 dakika kala neden otele küçük bir kutlama için gelmiş birisinden 1 günlük konaklama bedeli talep edilebilir? Bunu sorduğumdaysa, sarışın sivil giyimli personel “ Sadece kalmak için mi para verilir?” diyerek cevap verdi. Bu bir usulsüzlüktür, tecrübesizlik, üslupsuzluktur… Gelen kişinin fuhuş amaçlı geldiğini aklı sıra vurguluyor ve insanlara o damgayı vuruyor, vurmaktan da geri kalmıyor… Otelin müşterisi olacak veya hissedarlarına ve özellikle doğru bilgi edindiysem otelin sahibi Selahattin Bey’e bu satırlardan ulaşarak bilgi vermek, sesimi duyurmak istedim. Bu adamlarla bu iş olmaz. Yatırımınızı iki tane işbilmeyen ve konuştuğu cümlenin nereye gittiğini bilmeyen üsluptan habersiz insanlara teslim etmeyin (acizane tavsiyem). Öyle ki bu iki personelden otele misafirin giremeyeceğine dair tanzimli belge istesem, veremezlerdi, devletimizin imkanları tarafıyla turizm polisine durumu ihbar etsem, zor durumda kalacaklardı. Çünkü, işi bilmeyen, konuşma kültüründen habersiz personeller ve oldukça da tecrübesiz ki istinadı üslup yok…

اقامة رائعة .. الفندق ممتاز وفي موقع قريب من مول فوريوم اسطنبول النضافة والخدمة جيدا جدًا الستاف الخاص بالفندق في الاستقبال او في الخدمة متعاون جدًا وخاصة من قبل السيد NIHAT ERKEK والذي كإن لطيفًا جدا في ابداء المساعدة والاجابة على معظم الاستفسارات.. انصح بتجربة الاقامة فيه

الفندق مكانه جدا ممتاز و نظيف والشقق المتواجده في الفندق مساحاتها شرحه و مناسبه للعائله و الطاقم جدا مرحبين و يجيدون اللغه الانجليزيه ويوجد مواقف خاصه للسيارات تابعه للفندق تحت الحراسه وايضا يوجد صالة جيم للرياضه وافطارهم ممتاز و بسعر مناسب

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Начну с того, что сейчас этот отель называется DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. Бронировала я пребывание на три ночи через букинг в номере делюкс. При заезде нам был выдан другой номер, не соответсвующий описанию и фото при бронировании. Вернулись к администратору с попыткой объяснить, что номер явно другой. Он долго искал наше бронирование, нашел, в итоге дал другой номер. Он был больше и по размеру походил на тот, что был на фото, но при этом не соответстовал внешне. При этом нам было сказано, что других номеров нет. В итоге, пришлось остаться в этом номере. Потом мы начали осматривать его более детально и оказались в легком шоке. Дело было то, в каком состоянии был сам номер: дверные наличники были отломаны, стены все покоцанные до основания, незакрепленная мойка, перетертый шланг для душа, кран, который держался на честном слове. Кран и вентилятор просто торчали из стены, над дверным проемом в ванной все было замазано цементом без какой-то отделки (все есть на фото). Полотенца грязные, с остатками губной помады, а также дырками. Постельное белье тоже было под вопросом. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак, который опять же оказался не таким, как на фото на букинге. Фото завтрака тоже прикреплено к отзыву. Основное там - это полбатона. На стойке регистрации работают арабы, которые по-английский знают пару слов, то есть изъясняться с ними крайне сложно. Ну, и напоследок вишенка на торте. Решили, что не выдержим тут три ночи и уедем после двух ночей. В итоге, администраторы отменили нашу бронь, когда мы выехали, и отправили на букинг информацию о том, что мы якобы не заехали. В общем, они просто обманывают людей! Я никому не рекомендую этот отель!

It is a nice hotel which is in a good location. Taksim Square is a ten minute walk away. The room facilities are not up to date and a bit old, but it is a Piece of History and shows us how the Style of the 50s and 60s were. I find that again totally fascinating because for those Hotel Guests at the Time it was one of the most modern Hotels. So you can see the Change of Time. Most importantly, it was very clean and spacious. You have to see the Guest Toilet in the Lobby.There you can put yourself in the Time as the Ladies have styled themselves in the carpeted vestibule (today's time unthinkable) When you see how many and which Celebrities were in this Hilton Hotel then you are proud to be a part of this!!! It is currently being renovated and should be ready by 2025. I hope they find a good mix between the old and modern way!!!

Tempat yang sangat bagus dan kakitangan yang baik membantu

Hi Me and my wife we came to Instanbul for clinic surgery. Due to the clinic messed up the hotels , we have been send to Centro Hotel. We arrived at 9.30 in the reception and since that hour we have been checked in at 14.00 in our rooms. Since we’ve paid , we should’ve be entitle for the breakfast. Unfortunately no. So me and my wife we have to pay to can get breakfast. The reception staff very very rude. They don’t care and all the time , but their excuse “ we don’t know nothing “ We explained to the reception that we are staying 2 days, after we check out , going to the hospital and after 2 days we will come back to check in. We went hour the first day , we came back we went upstairs , couldn’t open the door , went to reception apparently we have been checked out without to get informed( money , luggages left in the room) Went to the reception “ typical answer : we don’t know nothing “ The receptionist very rude . In the end we have checked in again. Coming back from the hospital , of course we haven’t received the same room , ok no worries , but again very upsetting we received the awful room( toilet door broken , sink drainage smell very bad , walls dirty , furniture chipped ) - suppose to be 5* hotel. Not really I was talking with the reception , nothing has been done. After 1 day I went again downstairs and finally they change our room. Not very impressed. Asked for an extra pillow - 1 day to get it. Food at the hotel- stay away - very expensive and not impressive. Answer for the management: Yes I have complaint and raise my complains, but it takes a while to be solved. In one word , try to avoid this hotel. Disappointed.
