Hotel berhampiran Miktat Ağaoğlu Camii, Istanbul

Alhmdulilah What I liked: A- Location: The hotel is conveniently located within a very short walking distance of Istanbul's ”must-see” sites of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia- Blue Mosque Park, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Hippodrome, Arasta Bazar, and Hurrem Sultan Historical Turkish Bath. Sultan Ahmet Station tram is also close. The hotel is also within a reasonable walking distance to Little Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar, Egyptian Bazar, Vezneciler Subway Station, Sirkeci/ Marmaray Transport Station, Gulhane Park, and Eminonu (famous fish sandwich). The hotel surrounding area offers an endless number of restaurants, gifts and souvenir shops,

Great experience. Very convenient. Blue Mosque is literally two minutes walk so is Aayasofia. Very friendly staff. Specifically the hotel manager Mohammed very helpful. He guides you properly so you don’t get ripped off as a tourist.

Rooms are absolutely disgusting and look completely different from the photos. Rooms are MUCH smaller in person and are extremely unsanitary. The bathroom smells strongly of sewage and is also not clean AT ALL. There were dead flies stuck to the wall in the shower and the tap on the sink was moldy and would shake out of place when turned on. The closet also hits you with a strong nasty smell as soon as you open its doors. My room had a double bed and a single and both beds were broken; the double bed frame was broken and the single’s mattress was tilted to the right resulting in extremely uncomfortable sleep (or lack there of). Even walking in the room with the little space provided would get your feet dirty. The AC also constantly drips water when turned on. The rooms do not get cleaned everyday like other hotels. They are “cleaned” upon request where the staff will come into your room and only pretend to clean as the room will be the exact same level of filth as before. When I discussed my displeasure with the managers they refused to give me a refund and basically said it was our fault because we “booked this room”. The delusional managers tried to convince me that the room photos are perfectly accurate. This was until I asked one of them if he would be happy with the room I received in which his face changed and he instantly stopped talking and couldn’t respond to my question. I ended up booking another hotel as I could not stay in this filth any longer. As my family and I were carrying out our bags the scamming manager asked me for the key to my room THAT I WAS NOT REFUNDED FOR. I told her she’ll get the key when i check out as I have booked this room. She was persistent as she wanted to sell the room to another unfortunate customer in which I declined because I don’t want anyone else to go through this filthy disgusting hotel. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, THIS HOTEL IS A BIOLOGICAL HAZARD.

This lovely little hotel is located in a super part of Istanbul so you can walk to the main tourist attractions. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was at the top - lovely to have our own outside space. Bed was super comfy, the room warm and the shower one of the best we’ve ever had. It would gave been nice if the doors were opened up in the breakfast room or tables outside too. The breakfast was disappointing- some nice muesli, nuts, fruit etc would have been good but the chopped fruit was fizzy and we wondered how long other food had been presented? Overall we loved the hotel ( although we might recommend the cleaner is a bit quieter in the mornings especially on her phone ), although she was friendly too. Would def recommend

After having a fantastic stay here with my family in 2019, I decided to stay here again while travelling solo. I stayed here for a week and once again, this hotel did not disappoint! The location is close to all the main attractions (e.g., Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, etc), and the rooftop terrace has a stunning view of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorous. These are all amazing perks, but the best part about this hotel is its authentic feel and the incredible hospitality provided by Ali and his team. It was great to reconnect with Ali after meeting him in 2019. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and he helped me with anything I needed. He recommended things to see and do in the area, places to get good food/groceries, and helped me book my inter-city bus tickets. I will be returning to Istanbul again later in the year with my family and we all can’t wait to return to this magnificent hotel and see Ali and his team again! Thanks for another incredible stay :)

Amazing location and incredible view of the Blue Mosque from the front of the hotel, especially in the morning light. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of options for a traditional Turkish Breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Bathrooms were a bit small and some linens and towels were worn out. But location and views were 5 stars.

The hotel is nice, close to famous turistic places like Sultan Ahmet mosque and Hagia Sophia, but yet it’s quite and you can have some nice rest. Fatih is very polite, at our service everytime we needed him. They even bought baby cot (because we came with a baby and before our arrival they didn’t have it) which was nice surprise. They offered us coffee and tea upon our arrival, and brought us water. Room is spacious and clean, which we needed because of the baby. I would recommend this room to my friends and family

Saya memilih hotel ini terutamanya kerana lokasinya, yang sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin menerokai pemandangan bandar lama. Semuanya berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Masjid Biru dan Hagia Sophia dalam masa 5 minit. Saya mendapat bilik dengan pemandangan Masjid Biru, yang sangat menggembirakan saya. Hotel ini mempunyai pengurus berbahasa Rusia yang akan membantu anda dengan sebarang masalah. Sarapan untuk 4 orang agak jarang, tetapi semuanya segar. Kami membersihkan setiap hari. Secara umum, penilaian saya terhadap hotel adalah ”sangat baik” dan saya berharap ia akan berkembang lebih jauh.
