"Secure parking in an underground car park 300 m away, short walk to cathedral and centre. Our room - Eidelweiss - on the third floor is described as a junior suite. Large bedroom, huge bed but very hard, two armchairs & low table, round table and two chairs. Very good space for living. Power shower in a whirlpool tub but a little difficult to climb into and easy to spray water everywhere! Adequate breakfast of cold meats, croissants etc but coffee rather weak."

We were on motorbikes so rode down through pedestrianised area, dropped the bags off and off to the underground car park some 7 mins walk away. Car park secure and included with the hotel charge. No restaurant. Staff reasonably friendly. Room small."

"This hotel is easy to find and park outside. We found the staff friendly, happy and professional. Our apartment overlooked the pool courtyard which could do with softening maybe with plants? and tables for drinks. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both were of high quality, freshly well cooked and delicious. The service by the ladies lent itself to a warm and happy atmosphere in the restaurant. The apartment was a little dark, but comfortable and very clean. We had asked for extra pillows and they were there. The spa was a very good experience, it was spotless with several showers, saunas, cold room, enormous jacuzzi and separate pool with several water features.  We would definitely go back and wished we'd stayed instead of moving around to the Ainsa area. Tip: but I would ask for an apartment with a view. "

"The good: Lovely staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the spa one evening and had it to ourselves. Location is great. 5 minute walk to the old town. The bad: Overall the hotel just feels a little tired and run down. Carpet in the hallway is stained and worn. At least on the fourth floor. Also our key card never worked. We had to keep going downstairs to reset it every time we came back to the room."

"On a roadtrip only stayed one night. Hotel had everything we needed . The restaurant wasn't open on that night , so we made use of the kitchen . After a trip to Carrefour . It was very quiet at night so had a good sleep. Breakfast next morning was excellent. The reception staff and ladies in were all very friendly . Would highly recommend . "
