من افضل الفنادق الي تمت تجربتها بالنسبة لي مدة اقامتي فيه ١٣ يوم صراحة ما اعرف كيف اوصف تعامل الموظفين العيال والبنات جدا جدا تعاملهم جميل وابتسامه على طول ماتفارق الوجه واخص الموظف ابراهيم العلي بسبب تعاملي معه مباشره من اروع الموظفين الي تعاملت معهم صراحة قمة في الذوق والتعامل والاستقبال عندهم على مدار الساعة اول ما تحتاج شي على طول يوفرونه لك صراحة تجربه كانت جميلة فييه والمطعم عندهم شي فخم كل يوم اطباق جديدة اكل لذيذ ومسبح جميل والموقع جدا مميز قريب من المطار مره وقريب من الاماكن الجميلة بجدة شكرا لكم موظفي فندق موفنبيك ستي ستار

It was our first visit to Saudi Arabia and we had a fabulous stay. Special thanks to concierge Farooq for providing us with a warm and friendly welcome. We would definitely come back. Location and facilities were really good, breakfast buffet was also great.

اخترت الفندق لموقعه وسعره ومستواه. كانت إجراءات الدخول سلسلة وسريعة. الغرفة جيدة جدًا وفيها جميع الخدمات، وكذلك دورة المياه، ولكن يعيبها حوض الاستحمام لصغر حجمه وتسرب الماء على أرضية الحمام. يتوفر بالفندق غرف لغير المدخنين، وبعض المحلات التجارية مثل الهدايا وصالون الحلاقة. مستوى الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز، وموقعه كذلك، فبالقرب منه مشيًا على الأقدام يوجد العديد من المطاعم والأسواق، وكذلك الكورنيش. تعامل الموظفين بشكل عام ممتاز، وإجراءات الخروج كانت سريعة.

لقد أقمت في جناح (612) وكنت أتمنى وجود ثلاجة اضافية في المطبخ وكذلك اطباق واكواب وسكاكين وملاعق لاستخدامها في الأكل والشرب .. ولكن بالمجمل كانت الاقامة مريحة وموظفي الاستقبال في قمة الذوق والاحترام .. تمنياتي لكم بالتوفيق .

This hotel was probably great 20 years ago. Now it is an exercise in frustration. Here’s a few examples of why: 1) The basic facilities are not reliable. In the first 3 nights of staying there, I had one boiling hot shower (no cold water) and two freezing cold showers (no hot water) 2) The wifi drops out all the time and you get a 1-2MB bandwidth which is a struggle if you’re doing video calls 3) The additional amenities like gym, pool, sauna etc are a mess. The jacuzzi and sauna have been abandoned from what I could tell. The gym has no air conditioning so once I was doing any exercise I was just pouring with sweat. It must be over 30 degrees in there 4) The service level is way off. I spent 25 minutes trying to buy a coffee from the coffee bar on ground floor. Four times I asked for someone to come and help. 3 times nothing, 4th time someone came, rattled around, and walked off again 5) The food is so poor. How you get basics like burgers and salads wrong is a mystery to me 6) There has been no investment in the place and, consequently, it is just tired. Dents, scratches, tattered flooring everywhere. Its honestly a bit sad to see This is from the Meridien chain, a well renowned brand. I am amazed that they are trusting a local operator to run a facility this poorly in their name. I booked the hotel basically because I assumed it must be OK because it was a Meridien but, honestly, the place is dreadful.

فندق جميل ولاكن يحتاج توطين اكثر وابراز الشباب والشابات السعوديين فى الواجهه وليسى خلف الكواليس ومهمشين بسبب سعادة المدير حسن المصري اردني الجنسية الذي يقاتل من اجل فشل شباب الوطن ويعمل عكس روية قيادتنا الحكيمة وراح اعرض عليكم بعض الادلة. بعد اقامه ٣ ايام وقابلت بعض الموظفين. يوجد موظفين سعوديين لهم ٦ سنوات لم يحصلو على اي ترقيه وكذالك اي ايفنت يخص الوطن يستبعد السعوديين ويمكنكم الاطلاع على الاسماء المشاركة فى الرالي. وطالب ستف كامل من خارج السعودية سؤال؟ وين الكفائات السعوديه ناهيك الاستقبال فى مطعم الهوتيل من روسيا! لايوجد من بنتنا وابنائنا من يستطيع العمل!!!!. اتمني من ملاك الفندق اعادة النظر. نجاح السعودي يعتبر خطر على منهم على شاكلة حسن المصري. الدولة لاتريد المتخاذلين من ابناء البلد قبل الاجانب. من يستحق العمل سيبقى مواطن اوغير مواطن .

من افضل منتجعات جده من كل النواحي والخدمات والموكيت الجديد وكل شي جميل جداً منظر مباشر على البحر ومسبح خيالي ياليت كل المنتجعات تصبح مثل هذا المنتجع الممتاز ماشاء الله تبارك الله اشكر كل القائمين علئ هذا المنتجع من الاخ جعفر والاخوان والاخوات في الاستقبال الى اصغر موظف في المنتجع

فندق مميز رغم تاريخه القديم الا انه جديد ويتجدد، فرق العاملين مميزين كل الشكر لهم. ملاحظتي على الصالة التنفيذية زيادة وقت عملها الى الساعة 11م او اكثر، تحتاج توفير مزيد من الطلبات، مثلا القهوة التركية وغيرها من الأنواع، الاكل لذيذ وجميل

Stayed here for one night. Location is good but there was a lot of construction and not direct access to the corniche...have to walk over 20 minutes to get to the corniche area. I expected to at least be able to get to the corniche side quickly but that wasnt the case. The nice thing about the hotel is it seems that the furniture and finishes are new so its cleaner than other hotels ive stayed in on the trip and you could feel the newness of everything. The breakfast was also nice. The only con was that i booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and was told at checking that we will be provided extra beds. When it was time to sleep the room's sofa was not a sofa bed and when i asked for extra beds for the kids to sleep the housekeeping wanted to charge us. They made me wait 45 minutes in the middle of the night until 12.30am to provide the beds after much explaining about my booking and entitlement as i booked for 2 adults and 2kids - if i had booked for only 2 adults, i would totally understand having to pay for the children's extra beds but I had paid a pricey one night stay and did they expect my kids to sleep on the floor...after much discussions, they finally provided the bed but i was very tired and my kids had to stay up way past their bed time to wait for the arrangement. The staff should be more trained to be proactive and empowered to take these decision quickly to avoid disappointment of the guests. The next day the duty manager came to know of my issue and came and acknowledged it personally which was highly appreciated. I thank him for paying attention to his guests and hope this issue doesnt occur with others again.

Very good hotel and very good and polite staff specially Mrs Hala I will book there again in the future
