"The Nordseehotel Freese is highly recommended for winter stays. A generous breakfast is a great way to start the day. Some might even enjoy a swim before heading out in the morning, followed by a relaxing sauna in the afternoon. The hotel's decor is reminiscent of its heyday. The cleaning staff and service personnel strive to fulfill every request and maintain a positive atmosphere, even when ferry schedules change or are canceled almost daily. There's a charming bar and a different three-course dinner menu each evening. The hotel library is a great place to while away the time while waiting for the ferry or for the sidewalks to be cleared of ice. The rooms could have been warmer, but given the icy temperatures, they couldn't keep up. So, the sauna in the evenings was a good option, or you could simply snuggle up in bed early to warm up."

"The children's noise in the Dünenstrasse 40 caused by the TRAMPOLIN is NOT to stand. I can really not recommend to take a holiday there unless you stand on screams from children until after 20:00 a day. NOT again"

"We were already guest for the third time in one of the angle ships apartments on right and always feel very well. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. The use of the sauna is free and this time we even had a fire oven in the apartment, from which we could then look at the deep snow island. Due to the weather situation, first storm, then ice, then low water, we were allowed to stay on the island for 4 days. The necessary booking changes worked smoothly. The service on the site is also excellent. A call and the housemaster stands before the door when a towel is missing or new firewood is needed. We are looking forward to the next winter on Just and come back to an angle ship in any case!"
