"Located on the shores of Lake Saroma, facing west, this hotel offers excellent sunset views. The onsen (hot spring) is quite nice, with facilities on both floors, and the dinner buffet is well worth the price. The hotel has been open for a while, and there's a persistent issue with the ventilation units or air conditioning units experiencing low-frequency resonance. Luckily, I brought earplugs and wasn't bothered while sleeping; all three rooms we booked had this problem. The second-floor Japanese-style villas have traditional decor, outdated facilities, and small bathrooms, but the bedrooms are spacious and include a small terrace. I would recommend the lake-view rooms on the fourth floor. They're newly renovated, the showers are very comfortable (no need to step into the bathtub!), and the bedrooms are large enough to suit modern lifestyles."

"Parking is available in the multi-storey car park opposite. After 9pm, the elevator closest to the hotel stops working, and the elevator far from the hotel is working, so it was a bit difficult for me to move around with luggage as I was unfamiliar with the area. This is not the hotel's problem, but it would be nice if the notice was more prominent in the guide (I may have overlooked the comment beforehand). Other than that, there is no large public bath for women, and it is only for men, so we were given stylish amenities. The shampoo provided had a nice smell, and the room was clean. There is a TV and you can watch YouTube, so it is a relaxing place to stay. I would like to stay here again. The breakfast was delicious and I ate too much. Thank you for your hospitality."

"It was about a 10-minute walk from Kitami Station, and the roads were easy to follow and accessible. It was a good deal even though it was the summer season, and the fact that there was a small bath was great for washing off the sweat. The room was a single Japanese-style room, but the futon was already laid out, so I was able to lie down right away. With this type of room, the toilet is shared and not in the room, but it is still reasonably priced. I stayed with a plan that included breakfast, and the breakfast was a single plate of Japanese food, and the rice was free to serve from the rice cooker, and it was delicious."

"A large hotel but quite out of the way, close to fox farm, and a roadside places. The services were exceptional, the service lady came out to greet and take our luggage from the car. Room was a little small but still comfy. The onsen was large area but perhaps was very popular so there were a lot of people. Free massage chairs outside. Free coins for children to play at the games arcade. Cute parrot at the side. Large souvenir shop. Food was awesome. Buffet style and lots of food, crap, Yakiniku style. Breakfast was not bad but not as good as dinner. Nice river next to the hotel."
