"We really enjoyed our visit. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff just so friendly. It is not far from the main town of Konitsa, but a steep road down and a long trek back, so a car is essential. The breakfast superb. Loved their homemade yoghurt and house honey. Konitsa itself may not have the charm of some of the more famous Zagoria villages, but it is a lively and bustling town full of energy that is well worth a visit. It also has an excellent Greek cuisine restaurant, Toris, that serves good food at fair prices. Well worth a stop in Konitsa and no better place to stay than the Konitsa Mountain Hotel"

However, due to an error on Expedia's part where the booking was processed for June instead of May, I quickly realized the mistake within minutes of booking. Immediately, I contacted Gefyri Hotel to request a date change or cancellation. The staff's response was incredibly frustrating. They were inflexible and unwilling to accommodate my request to modify or cancel the reservation, citing their policy without any empathy or attempt to find a solution. Their communication was curt and unhelpful, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer. While I did not personally stay at the hotel, this experience with their staff left a sour taste. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist under these circumstances reflects poorly on their professionalism. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Gefyri Hotel, as they prioritized policy adherence over basic customer courtesy. Based on my interaction, I cannot recommend Gefyri Hotel to others looking for accommodations in Greece. Their handling of this situation was disappointing, and I advise potential guests to be cautious when booking with them."

"I only stayed one night but had very good services, a clean room and lots of quiet. The room rates are very affordable, they serve the typical breakfast and there is also a parking. Very close to the famous bridge of Konitsa, you can also walk there."

"Our stay at Bourazani Wildlife Reserve was a pleasant experience. The gentleman,Mr.Tassos, was exceptionally helpful and organized our day trips around the area. This is very important. There is a lot of history in the area and he gave us a map and explained everything. The accommodations are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. And the pool, cooling. I definitely recommend staying here for a little extra experience in mountain life."
