Accordingly, in four days we never saw anybody in it, not even kids. As regards service: We had asked for a room far from the entrance. They gave us the one closest, saying all others were occupied. The room stank of cigarette smoke, even the curtains were stained. So back to reception: suddenly another room (same type) was available…??? There were more examples of a disgraceful service attitude. Sad. Do the owners/investors know?"

Huge thanks to the hotel for their warm recommendations, which made each of our outings fantastic. The hotel itself has a nice environment, well-equipped facilities, and excellent hygiene. Every staff member was welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was quite rich. Plus, the price was super affordable. Overall, it was a really good stay and well worth the trip. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and anyone planning a visit!"

"I stayed there years ago, and wanting to relive a memory, I chose the Kuqa Hotel again. It used to be a government reception hotel; the rooms were decent, the furniture and facilities a bit old, but very clean. The bathroom floor felt hollow, and it swayed when you walked on it. However, I was disappointed by the restaurant. Upon entering the dining hall, there were two beds on either side, clearly staff accommodations. The bedding was blackened, and staff clothing was also found there. Even worse, near the exit of the cold dish preparation area, there was a pile of staff clothing and a pair of shoes. This is absolutely unacceptable for food safety and directly impacts the dining experience for guests. The hotel industry is now highly competitive; whether a restaurant is in-house or outsourced, a standardized management system is essential for long-term success and to keep pace with industry standards. I hope things improve."

"Friends booked two rooms together, but we were given rooms at opposite ends of the corridor that were extremely far apart, almost 100 meters apart! The drive was already very tiring, and when we got to the hotel, I wanted to go to the other party’s room to get something. It was so tiring! The room is also far away from the elevator! The door couldn't be opened with the room card, and we had to walk a long way to take the elevator down to process the room card. When we came back and swiped the door, it still couldn't be opened. After waiting for a long time, a security guard was arranged to open the door for us! I called to ask to change rooms, but the front desk said they were busy. I called again a few minutes later, and the front desk still said they were busy. We couldn't take a shower, eat, or place our luggage, so we just waited to change rooms. I called three times to remind him, and he kept saying he was busy and that he would call me back when he was done. But I couldn't wait for the call. I'm so tired that I can't wait to fall asleep! Also, the room was very dirty! There were a lot of dirty particles on the floor, and the sink was full of white water stains! The wireless network is still not connected!"
