The room was a good size, meticulously cleaned, with no odors on the floor or in the bathroom. The bedding was soft and I slept very well. All the facilities in the room were in good working order, hot water came out quickly, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed by noise at night. The receptionist, Idai, was particularly helpful and quick to check me in. She patiently answered all my questions, and her service was excellent. Overall, it was good value for money, a great choice for a trip, and I would definitely stay here again."

The floor was covered in water, and the restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. That evening, we had dinner in private room 202 and ordered 4 bottles of Wusu Wheat White Beer. When the bill arrived, they'd charged us for 24 bottles – an overcharge of 20! Fortunately, I wasn't too intoxicated and caught the mistake on the bill. They just casually processed a refund, re-charged us, and thought a simple 'sorry' would suffice to fix such a blunder? Are all their problems conveniently blamed on temporary staff? The most outrageous part was the dining manager. He actually said that their hotel was just a 'typical Kucha hotel.' Was he trying to imply that this substandard level of service is acceptable for them? Or was he suggesting that Ctrip's recommendations are simply terrible?"

"The environment is indeed beautiful, but the price and service are completely mismatched! From check-in, it was chaotic. We were staying for three days, but they only gave us a room key for one day. When we went to sort out the room key issue the next day, they looked confused and asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I mean... And housekeeping every day was incredibly difficult. On the first day, they came with a broom and asked if I wanted them to sweep and mop, then asked what else I needed. I might as well have just cleaned it myself. After they 'cleaned,' it looked pretty much the same as before, and the disposables were never fully replenished. On the second day, they called to ask if we wanted housekeeping. Isn't daily room cleaning a standard procedure for a hotel?! They claimed to prioritize guest privacy, but if you call and confirm, then at least send someone to clean! We returned to the hotel, opened the door, and I nearly fainted – it was exactly as we had left it... It was already 4 PM! The room still hadn't been cleaned, can you believe it? A room costing over 1,000 per night, with this kind of service? I can't accept it. I gave them time to clean, and they told me it was done, but when I went back, it still wasn't finished. You really do laugh when you're speechless. Moreover, I only found out my family's other room had hand soap and a full set of four toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). Our room had no hand soap, and initially, only one bottle of shampoo and one bottle of shower gel. They only replenished two more bottles later. The hotel eventually apologized, but you can't expect guests to pay for your mistakes. P.S. On the way out, I used the public restroom, and the hygiene was absolutely dreadful. How could it be so dirty?..."

"The hotel has a unique style and is a popular spot for many. The pool was empty during the off-season. The room's cleanliness wasn't great; the sink area was dusty, and the chairs and tables in the courtyard were covered in dust. I can understand all of that. What was truly despairing were the bugs. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a cockroach by the bed, which I dealt with and threw outside the door. In the morning, when I went to the toilet, there was another one by the commode. I truly had a headache dealing with it. On top of that, small black flying insects flew into my nose while I was sleeping at night. For this price, even in the off-season, it's not cheap, so why can't they even handle the bugs? Regarding pets, there's the cleaning fee. When I called in early April, they quoted one price, which was even lower than what was listed online. But when I arrived, the price they wanted was almost as much as the room rate. The young lady at the front desk was quite nice, and in the end, they charged me the online price. I hope you clarify your cleaning fee policy and ensure proper cleaning. When checking out, regular guests could just leave, but I had to wait for them to inspect the room before I could go. I paid more, was treated as inferior, and it delayed my departure time, almost causing me to miss my highway exit due to road closures. If you're worried, you could charge a deposit. It's really inconvenient for tourists who are in a hurry to travel."

"I stayed there years ago, and wanting to relive a memory, I chose the Kuqa Hotel again. It used to be a government reception hotel; the rooms were decent, the furniture and facilities a bit old, but very clean. The bathroom floor felt hollow, and it swayed when you walked on it. However, I was disappointed by the restaurant. Upon entering the dining hall, there were two beds on either side, clearly staff accommodations. The bedding was blackened, and staff clothing was also found there. Even worse, near the exit of the cold dish preparation area, there was a pile of staff clothing and a pair of shoes. This is absolutely unacceptable for food safety and directly impacts the dining experience for guests. The hotel industry is now highly competitive; whether a restaurant is in-house or outsourced, a standardized management system is essential for long-term success and to keep pace with industry standards. I hope things improve."

"This was my third consecutive stay at a Wanda Realm hotel in Xinjiang, having previously stayed in Korla and Aksu. The experience at the Kuqa location wasn't as good as the other two. It might be due to this hotel being older, but there were noticeable, ingrained stains on the bathroom counter that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was quite off-putting. Another major issue that affected my experience was the breakfast. We were told at check-in that breakfast hours were from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM, there was hardly any food left – just five or six small bread rolls and two pieces of fried dough that looked like leftovers. There was no soy milk or regular milk, and the coffee machine was out of water with no one attending to it. No one refilled any of the food items, and tables weren't being cleared, which made both the food and the environment unappetizing. We ended up barely eating anything. Another guest in the restaurant also complained about the situation, and the staff member simply said that earlier guests had eaten everything. Overall, the hotel isn't terrible, and it's slightly less impressive than other Wanda Realm hotels in different regions, but the price was also lower. However, today's breakfast experience was truly unprecedented and unlike anything I've ever encountered."
