Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans cet hôtel (chambre 25). A notre arrivée dans la chambre, l'odeur désagréable d'insecticide m'a interpellée. Pour autant je n'ai pas pris cela comme un problème mais plutôt comme une bienveillance. Les moustiques étaient peut-être de retour ? J'ai été plutôt interpellée par la vétusté de la chambre : les portes ne ferment pas, la porte accordéon de la salle de bain (je n'en n'avait plus vu depuis les années 90!) . Le mobilier bas de gamme, ne valant pas plus que le 1er prix d'Ikea. Aucun meuble n'allait avec l'autre. une table de chevet pour 4 ! Un frigo minuscule avec les tarifs du minibar... vide... Le matelas très mou. Pas de plateau de convivialité, pas même une boîte de mouchoirs. La salle de bain est minuscule. Par chance nous ne sommes pas très corpulents car une personne ”forte” ne peut pas avoir accès à la douche et tout ça pour 4 ! Le mitigeur de la douche a les boutons cassés et idem pour la chasse d'eau. Dans les toilettes, rien pour accrocher le rouleau de papier obligé de le poser à même le sol et je ne parle pas de l'état de la brosse. rien à voir avec les photos présentées sur le site. Bref, avant de se coucher la chambre n'était pas à la hauteur d'un 3 *. Cela aurait pu s'arrêter là et rester une déception. Mais au réveil, une fois le jour levé, je remarque que le bois des lits est noirci ou plutôt piqué de taches noires. En soulevant le matelas, c'est pire. Le linge de lit était très propre mais le reste laisse à désirer. Nous avons quitté la chambre et sur la route du retour mon fils me fait remarquer qu'il a sur le corps plusieurs piqûres d'insectes qui le démangent énormément. Des plaques gonflées et rouges très urticantes apparaissent. Nous reviendrons à Gérardmer mais jamais dans cet hôtel.
