Great experience and lovely people/ service

My stay at TIAMA was an undeniably memorable experience, characterized by impeccable service and unparalleled hospitality. The staff, from the reception desk to the concierge and restaurant personnel, exhibited the utmost professionalism and warmth. Each request was met with prompt attention and resolved within a remarkable five minutes. The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was meticulously maintained, boasting a pristine cleanliness and a supremely comfortable bed. I relished the delightful breakfast served directly to my room, a convenient and indulgent touch that added to my overall enjoyment. It is especially noteworthy to commend the high caliber of service in an African country. The professionalism and dedication of the staff at TIAMA instilled in me a sense of pride and shattered any preconceived notions about the quality of hospitality in this region. In fact, I have visited numerous hotels in developed countries, and I can confidently assert that TIAMA stands on par, if not exceeds, the standards set by those establishments. My heartfelt congratulations to the entire team for their exceptional work. TIAMA has set a new benchmark for hospitality in Africa, making it a destination where guests can truly experience the essence of comfort and professionalism. Although Ivorian, I had never entered this hotel that I saw every day rising up in the Plateau district of Abidjan. Ironically, I had to work outside of Ivory Coast and come on a mission to Ivory Coast to discover this pearl. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this hotel and the professionalism of its staff, from the Ivorian welcome, to the reception (thanks to Fanta for her smile, her courtesy, her kindness ...) to the room service and restaurant staff. Everything was perfect for me during my 4-day stay at the Tiama hotel. My only suggestion concerns the shuttle. The hotel should consider adding an external luggage compartment that can be fixed to the back of the shuttle when there are many customers to transport. Peaceful, clean, very accommodating and polite staff. Fanta, Carnel, Kevin, Muriel, Patrice and others were amazing. Enjoyed the food and the environment was very clean. Tiama is a place to visit again and again. Talking about the decor, it is mind blowing. Good paintings, beautiful flowers and the glamor of the Ivorian culture can be seen in every corner. I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Hotel Tiama. The modern rooms, lovely city views, and convenient location made it a perfect base for me. I must give a special shoutout to the breakfast buffet team. Martial, Henri, Herve, Cyrille, Ramata, Assale, Linda, Jordan and everyone, you made my mornings! Your warm welcome and attentive service truly stood out. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Tiama for anyone visiting Abidjan!

The hotel is very confortable and the staff very helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good with a variety of selections to choose from. Eliane Atta at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during my stay.

As usual, I recommend this hotel in terms of quality / price and services. Kudos to Marius, Martial, and Ramata for their warm welcome. The food is good. One would enjoy the "Tuesdays happy hour" offered by the hotel manager - it's a great get-together.
