設施：都很新，房間也大，很棒。歡迎水果，晚上的草莓巧克力送的大氣且好吃😋 衞生：很乾凈，打掃衞生的人態度都很好，我們最後走的時候那天，已經離開房間去前台退房了。打掃衞生的小夥子發現我女兒掉了條手鍊在房間，他非常着急，追下來還給我們。拾金不昧很優秀，點大大的贊。 環境：都很漂亮 服務：沒得説，每個人都很好。前台辦理入住女孩態度很好，講解也很細緻。有問必答很耐心。

Highly recommended . Very convenient with tram station behind and room is spacious and clean. Service is top notch .

Kami mempunyai perjalanan yang bagus di Atlantis diraja.. mereka melayan kami seperti diraja .. ia berbaloi untuk ke sana dan menempah pemandangan palma kelab diraja Waaaaw pemandangan yang sangat menakjubkan dengan bilik perkhidmatan yang menakjubkan,, Sarapan paginya sangat besar dan banyak makanan di sana sekitar 12 jenis restoran Juga untuk waktu minum teh dan waktu diraja saya tidak dapat menjelaskan makanan dan minuman di sana.. Apa yang boleh saya katakan ia hanya pergi ke sana dan anda akan merasakan bahawa berbaloi untuk membelanjakan wang anda di sana untuk keselesaan anda Bilik katil bilik air semua cantik.. Located right @ the entrance of the Dubai Financial Centre metro train 🚂 station, its most convenient to travel around with ease. Comfy & cosy room with beautiful decor, boasting the panoramic view of Dubai iconic Burg Khalifa. Great F&B selection for breakfast, spoilt for choice. Staff are warm, friendly & helpful. But awaiting for the lift arrival is a next level challenge 😂

It was my second time staying at this hotel and my it felt wonderful both times. The location of the hotel is probably one of the best in Dubai. The front desk helped me with all my requests. The views are incredible too.

Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment incroyable. La station de métro est juste devant à 3min à pied ainsi la station des taxis. Le studio est spacieux même pour deux personnes pour une longue période même. Le service de ménage est très bien, il nettoie tout les jours. L’eau, le café, sucre, thé et du lait offert par l’hôtel. La partie kitchenette est très spacieuse et bien équipée pour préparer des plats. Le frigo est très bien fonctionnel et grand aussi pour mettre de la nourriture. Le personnel est vraiment très bien et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner correct

I have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect. This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.  It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.  I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away! Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!
