"This branch of Rove is really superb! Everything is here, and the location is amazing. It was our first time visiting this branch, and I can honestly say we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was so good, with a wide variety of choices that we really enjoyed. The only disappointing part of our visit was the service from one staff member, Ryan. We asked him about our order, including the pancakes, but they never arrived even though we were almost finished eating. My boyfriend eventually asked another staff member, who served the pancakes right away. I understand that everyone can have a busy day, but it felt like Ryan was more attentive to some guests than others. I hope every customer is treated equally, as everyone is paying for the same service and deserves the same level of attention. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and this one experience won't stop us from coming back. Everything else—from the location to the food and the rest of the staff—was excellent. I just hope this feedback helps improve the service experience for future guests."

"Все было чудесно. Это наш первый раз в Дубае и мы хотели узнать его с исторической стороны. И не прогадали. Отель состоит из двух зданий рядом. В одном есть ещё и ресторан и более богато украшенный двор. Нас заселили в тот, что попроще и не при ресторане, но мы потом даже обрадовались — так тише и спокойнее, а номера там все похожие. Место спокойное и уютное. Завтраки великолепные. Ужинали тоже в этом ресторане при отеле. Хотя мы обычно не любим приотельные рестораны, Arabian Fish House был большим и приятным исключением. Все 9 дней, что мы там жили, были прекрасны. Вернемся сюда ещё."

"Nice and clean hotel . located near the Al Ghubaiba metro station, Deira creek. The view was amazing so many restaurants nearby. Convenient for tourists exploring the nearby heritage town along the creek side and Ride the Abra( small boat ) for crossing the creek and cruise."

"Room 2002 My husband and I enjoyed our 15th anniversary here at Riu Dubai Resort! The all inclusive rate is so convenient that we were able to rest and chill. Food tastes great and you’ll never feel hungry here! Fun entertainment at night! Free water-sports! Unlimited drinks! Staff could be friendlier, as some are unwelcoming, but there are some who were great like Arushi from housekeeping who put extra decor for our anniversary and thanks to Ali at the front desk who granted our late check-out request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Pro Tip: Download the Riu App so you can book other restaurants if you want to eat there instead of the hotel restaurant and you can see the events schedules, water-sport activities, etc. Also, bring your own toiletries as they are sustainable hotel so they won’t provide them unless you request for it."

"Stayed at Hyatt Regency Deira recently. Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff is polite and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities like a pool, gym, and restaurants. Location is convenient if you want to stay in Deira near Gold Souk and the metro. The hotel is a bit old compared to newer Dubai hotels, but service and cleanliness are very good. Breakfast was also nice with many options. Overall, good value for money if you want a 5-star hotel in Deira area. Recommended for business trips and family stays."

"Everything was nice. The room was clean, the food was delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful. The life guard at the swimming pool was especially very nice and kind. We loved the pool and the continental breakfast. The room was spacious. The only Negative point is the noise coming from the club late at night."
