對於花了將20,000多塊錢來説，我覺得這次體驗可以説是非常的差。 酒店本身和所有的高級度假酒店沒有什麼區別，海灘上的服務確實是很貼心，但是接待處的服務可以説是很糟糕。第一天接待我們的女士非常匆忙講的東西我和我的朋友都沒有聽懂。應該外語水平的問題，因為我們都是在國外讀書長大的。 今天對賬想要一個賬單，發郵件加上Whatsapp花了一整天到現在都還沒給我。 中途我的朋友丟了一雙鞋，雖然找回來了，但找回來的時候鞋子裏面多了一雙襪子。感覺像是被人試穿過。 錯過了退房的點中被移出來了，雖然這個也算是我們自找的，但是當時其實才12:00出頭，因為我們那個房間下午有住客要入住，所以把我們移到了另外一個房間，因此charge了我們一半的房價。 房間還是很漂亮。硬件問題不大。

Kami mempunyai perjalanan yang bagus di Atlantis diraja.. mereka melayan kami seperti diraja .. ia berbaloi untuk ke sana dan menempah pemandangan palma kelab diraja Waaaaw pemandangan yang sangat menakjubkan dengan bilik perkhidmatan yang menakjubkan,, Sarapan paginya sangat besar dan banyak makanan di sana sekitar 12 jenis restoran Juga untuk waktu minum teh dan waktu diraja saya tidak dapat menjelaskan makanan dan minuman di sana.. Apa yang boleh saya katakan ia hanya pergi ke sana dan anda akan merasakan bahawa berbaloi untuk membelanjakan wang anda di sana untuk keselesaan anda Bilik katil bilik air semua cantik.. Terima kasih atas Atlantis diraja yang menjadikan perjalanan kami lebih indah 🩵

Located right @ the entrance of the Dubai Financial Centre metro train 🚂 station, its most convenient to travel around with ease. Comfy & cosy room with beautiful decor, boasting the panoramic view of Dubai iconic Burg Khalifa. Great F&B selection for breakfast, spoilt for choice. Staff are warm, friendly & helpful. But awaiting for the lift arrival is a next level challenge 😂

Absolutely 100% recommended. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, food was great, and most of all - all stuff was so friendly and helpful to the point we became friends and missed each other when we left. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walking from Dubai Marina beach. We are honestly so glad with our stay and we definitely going next time at the same hotel as well.

The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

I have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect. This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

The hotel is beautiful and stylish, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. • The pool shower was broken, leaking water everywhere and there was no hot water at all  • The glasses in the room were not clean, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel  • And the worst part of my stay: Why do I, as a hotel guest, have to get my valet ticket stamped just to receive my own car? I had to wait in a long line with other guests just for a stamp! Because of this unnecessary process, I was late to my appointment. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. A beautiful hotel should be matched with professional service and smooth procedures.

3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.  It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.  I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away! Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!
