PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at a hotel in Gold Coast and had a mostly positive experience. The staff were incredibly nice and super friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The room facilities were great, and the large room provided a comfy atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Plus, the location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and the tram station, with a supermarket nearby for convenience.
However, I did encounter a disappointing issue: we saw a cockroach in our room. While this was unfortunate, it didn't overshadow the overall comfort and amenities of our stay. With a little more attention to cleanliness, this hotel could be an excellent choice for future visitors.

GGreeny12I think this is one of the best Marriot hotels I stayed. It has a beautiful lagoon and facilities and services are good. Two tram stops away from surfers paradise. View is from the room is also nice.

PPengguna TetamuRoom is very big and with a open kitchen. The room and facility is very new. The hotel staffs are also very friendly and responsive. The location is also very good and just next to the beach. There is also 5mins walk from the tram station. Overall I have a very nice and relaxing stay here, and I will visit the hotel again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaSuperb view at Q1. It shares the same building as skypoint. Free secured parking is a big plus. The room is spacious and has washing machine with dryer. Minimal interaction with staff, only at check-in. Did an express check-out with key drop-in while exiting car park.
Overall, a very good stay!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is right in front of the beach and also a short walk to the shopping centre. The room is spacious and has a nice seaview. The gym is a bit small but there are an outdoor and indoor pool and spa which are really nice. The service staffs were polite, smiley and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

AAnaretaBeautiful gorgeous apartment. We booked the beachfront view and it was absolutely perfect. Unobstructed view of the ocean + tennis courts. Pool was warm, clean and refreshing. Beautful long walk by the beach to Surfers Paradise. Bus stop a minute away to go anywhere in GC.
Service by Luke, the young blonde guy at reception was a 2/5. We were given a room that didn't have a working dishwasher & dryer. Luke didn't even attempt to make any suggestions to help us. We had to return the next day to ask the older lady if we could use another dryer as we had a lot of wet clothes from being at the beach daily and at the pool.
Our first day, we loaded the dishwasher and left for town only to come back to a flooded kitchen. We cleaned up without making a fuss. Service needs to be better.

PPengguna TetamuI thought because of the price, it wouldnt be that great but we were so blown away. The view is gorgeous, the location is perfect and it’s so lovely while still cozy. Staff were great and the amenities were a great way to spend an evening, 10/10 recommend!!

PPengguna TetamuSurfers Beach Holiday Apartments was a great place to stay for our family. The management was helpful. Rooms were of a good size. The location is quiet. It is a easy walk to catch the G:tram. This makes getting to Surfers Paradise or other locations easy. Riding the G is also much cheaper and easier than trying to find parking for the car. While we were there, there were few people using the pool. Our grandkids had a great time... and mostly had the pool to themselves. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator.(My fault for not checking.) Being on the third floor normally wouldn't have been an issue. Because of health issues for one of our family members, it would have been easier if we had been on a lower floor. If I had contacted the management when booking they said they would have tried to give us a lower floor. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

MMelzza23Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.
