TTTWWSWow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

Fully equipped kitchen letting us buy groceries from nearby supermarkets to taste Aussie food. Daily rate is way lower than CBD hotels but location is very convenient.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is excellent — very close to the central station. The hotel entrance is literally right next to Haymarket Station, only about 1 meter away. However, it’s a bit disappointing that the amenities are very limited. There are only tea, coffee, and a kettle provided. In the bathroom, only a toothbrush is included. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in wall-mounted bottles, which are actually good quality. Another disappointing thing is the loud noise in the early morning, which seems to come from either the housekeeping staff or staff working in the room near the elevator. The door there is slammed very loudly every single morning. I actually found out the source of the noise on my checkout day, so I realized it wasn’t the cleaning staff. Housekeeping usually comes around noon. They can be somewhat loud while talking, depending on who is working that day. The daytime noise is still manageable, but it’s nothing compared to the early morning noise, which really disturbed my sleep after long and exhausting days of traveling. That said, I have to admit the location is amazing for this price. But you do have to tolerate hallway noise every morning, so it depends on what matters more to you.

PPengguna TetamuPenginapan yang Mengecewakan untuk Majlis Istimewa – Dijangka Lebih Banyak daripada Hotel 5 Bintang Menginap 4 malam bersama anak perempuan saya untuk kejutan ulang tahun kelahirannya. Dinaik taraf kepada bilik Harbour Bridge View di Aras 23 ($715/malam), tetapi kebanyakan pemandangannya adalah tapak pembinaan yang kosong – sangat tidak memuaskan untuk harganya. Bilik bersambung yang bising dan kereta sport yang bising antara jam 12–2 pagi menyukarkan untuk tidur. Sarapan pagi ($65pp) adalah di bawah jangkaan – sosej kering dan daging yang hampir tidak dimasak, walaupun kakitangannya cantik. Perkhidmatan bilik pada malam terakhir kami mengambil masa hampir sejam - dipesan pada pukul 7:38 malam, makanan tiba pada pukul 8:30 malam. Sebagai ibu solo, ini adalah perjalanan yang telah kami simpan untuk masa yang lama dan mahukan ia benar-benar istimewa, tetapi kami dibiarkan berasa kecewa. Dijangka lebih daripada hotel 5 bintang. Sorotan positif penginapan kami ialah tab mandi besar yang indah dan kemudahan pancuran mandian berkualiti tinggi, yang menambahkan sentuhan kemewahan. Lokasi yang hebat dan berjalan kaki yang indah di sepanjang pantai!! Untuk harga yang kami bayar, pemandangan tidak jauh dari apa yang anda jangkakan dari hotel mewah. Jika difikirkan semula, Bilik Deluxe King dengan kadar yang lebih rendah yang menghadap ke air akan menjadi pilihan yang lebih baik!  -

Food choices are plenty during breakfast and can order different eggs style and cooking preparation during breakfast and can order different hot or cooled selection of drinks as well. Hotel is clean and location is near china town ,paddys market , and harbour easily accessible to townhall in a walkable distance of 7-10 mins away. There is a fireworks show on saturday night that lasted 5-7minutes.. There are lots of restaurants around the area and ice cream shops as well . There is even a park at the back of the hotel and a playground for kids. I highly recommend this hotel. There is 2 pool in the hotel at 22nd floor and 29th floor .  The hotel is beside  Imax cinema .

XxiaoshumelExcellent location just a couple mins walk from Town Hall station. Also has a Woolworth conveniently nearby and QVB is just across the road. Room was clean, room service was excellent and towels were replaced daily. Mini fridge and iron too in the room if needed. Bathroom is spacious enough and concierge is very friendly.

PpornphunWe had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!

PPengguna TetamuFür eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Pub, der auch ab nachmittags sehr gut besucht ist. Es gibt dort sonntags auch Livemusik bis ca 21 Uhr abends. Alles vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man nicht gerade Zimmer 10 neben der Waschmaschine/Trockner hat und neben der Lüftung schläft. Auch wenn ab 21 Uhr trocknen und waschen nicht erlaubt ist,störte es sehr. Die Hotelzimmer gehen nach hinten raus,so hat man morgens leider ebenso den Lärm der Ladezone vom Supermarkt. Positiv war,dass das Zimmer in einem modernen Zustand war und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett waren. Der Strand ist fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt.
