Ótima localização. Quarto silencioso. Café da manhã razoável, apenas um pouco bagunçado.  Único ponto a melhorar é a roupa de cama. Colocaram um cobertor que parecia um tapete de tão áspero. No mais, tudo ok

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

I really enjoyed my stay, the rooms are quite big and spacious, awesome view of the bay. The breakfast was delicious and has a lot of variety. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Vitória

Excelente localização, atendimento muito bom e excelente café da manhã

El apart hotel tiene una excelente ubicación muy cerca de una zona de bares y restaurantes. Tiene muchos shopping cerca y a pocas cuadras de la orla de la Ciudad. Senti que era un lugar seguro. Muy buena atención de su personal. Muy limpio y bastante moderno. En su terraza hay una piscina desde se puede ver toda la ciudad. La habitación aunque estaba muy bien y tenía un colchón muy cómodo me quedo un poquito pequeña, aunque debo decir que yo ya sabia de que iba serlo por eleccion mía al reservar. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Sin duda volveria a este lugar.

Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

O quarto não foi arrumado de um dia para outro. Além disso, achei um pouco barulhento, pois havia uma folga no vidro, o que fazia que o som da rua fosse relativamente alto dentro do quarto. No mais é um hotel razoavelmente bom.

Boa localização e funcionários cordiais . Quartos em ar mais alto com bela vista. Embora a região contenha muitos bares e restaurantes, sinto falta de um restaurante no hotel que tenha algo além de pizza .

O quarto é bom. O café da manhã é mais ou menos. Pelo preço pago, vale a pena.
