PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We choose this hotel due its location near our family.
We had two big rooms one was great as they upgraded us for free to a suite, the other was on Décarie which is a pretty noisy main highway, they moved us to our request to a side room which still bordered on Décarie, could only sleep with earplugs.
What ever you do ask for room facing the back of the Hotel.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast buffet was mediocre but sufficient and due to previous experience we new what do expect.
There is a supermarket and Starbucks near by which upgrades the experience.
Most likely will return again.

MMatt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms.
We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow.
For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests.
Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name.
Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings.
I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

PPengguna TetamuMy stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right in downtown and close to all the fun spots, many just a short walk away. The lobby greets you with a refreshing scent and genuinely warm smiles from the staff—they make you feel right at home from the start.
I had the juiciest steak ever, and the 24-hour heated pool? Total relaxation! The only thing I’d change is the pool’s location. You currently have to walk through the restaurant and lobby (which are open to non-guests), so it feels a bit awkward strolling by in your swimsuit. A private walkway or different pool spot would make it perfect!
Overall, I had an incredible time and would definitely come back. 🤗

PPengguna TetamuBasically, this place is for campus students to stay so pretty different comparing to standard hotel or AirBNB.
I don't see a hair dryer, kleenex box, coat hanger (but you hav closet), kettle and coffee set, etc...
But the place is nice and clean.
They don't store your luggage before CI/after CO, they will introduce you their parter doing storage service, cost me 8$ after pertnership discount which seem to be fair in this city.
I'm glad I could stay here with last minute booking although it was in middle of F1 weekend.

PPengguna TetamuI’ve been coming to Hotel Zero 1 for a few years, being the only hotel I book in Montreal due to its impeccable walkability. That being said, it’s unfortunate that it’s no longer shiny and new, you can really see the wear and tear over the years. If you want luxury you’re not going to find it here; however, it’s still a great place to stay for the action packed traveller who wants somewhere a bit nicer than a motel to stay. I booked knowing full well it wasn’t going to be the most amazing stay but it was not as bad as some of the Google reviews make it out to be- it’s just dated. The room was clean, check in and check out was easy, and even though the valet service is closed, the parkade they directed us to was safe and straightforward. I’d categorize this hotel as 3 stars as the amenities aren’t that great, but just know what you’re walking into, manage your expectations to that, and you will have a great stay.
It’s just kind of a shame to see a hotel that I have great memories in not keep up with maintaining the property. If they repaired the fabric on the bed, replaced the shower heads and updated with smart TVs, that would make a world of difference.
TLDR;
Pros: clean linens, cable tv, microwave and fridge in the room
Cons: dated technology, broken Roku, only one elevator for the whole building, no on site parking.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel locates opposite to a small garden with quiet neighbourhood. Yet it's close to bus stops and eateries. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes walk away, while the Metro Station Peel is 30 minutes away by foot.
The room was spacious, equipped with sufficient kitchenettes, a sofa, dinning table with chairs, and washing machine.
However one should be reminded only to book the room with garden view. Otherwise you would has to pull the curtain down always in order to keep your privacy from the next building.
Please be aware that a reachable phone no. is necessary for registration online. No luggage storage before check in, nor after check out.
