Excelente el hotel, la ubicación, la limpieza, pero fundamentalmente la calidad y calidez del equipo humano que trabaja, servicial, atento, dispuestos, educados, amables, con muy buena onda y te solucionan todas las situaciones que uno les plantea. Altamente recomendable. Vamos a volver

Great location in the heart of downtown, close to a large shopping center with plenty of restaurants and dining options. The area feels safe and convenient, making it easy to get around. Excellent value for money considering the prime location

位置便利方便，因為聖地亞哥機場就是個中轉大機場一定要提前定，酒店位置很方便就在T2客運大樓對面！還有寄存行李，必須入住前就寄存，入住後退房了再寄存就不能寄存了！雙床房床也挺大，我們三個人一間房，兩個人睡一張床也不擠

La ubicación es perfecta!! A 6 cuadras de Parque Arauco y a 15 minutos en Subte del Costanera! Todo espectacular! Lo único que no estuvo tan bien fue el wifi (prácticamente no anduvo nunca) y la ducha del baño muy poca presión de agua y un tanto incómoda con la puerta de la mampara! Pero nuestra estadía fue muy linda!! Solo esos detalles para tener en cuenta si van a la habitación tipo Estudio!

Nice hotel in Las Condes within walking distance of many restaurants/shops. Upmarket, safe area. Modern, decent sized room. Small rooftop pool for a quick dip. Good restaurant downstairs. Great rates on the weekend. Highly recommended!

The overall it's really good because the hotel it's firstly very well located as it's close to main Street (excellent transport) but in a small street. Very close to nice dining and commercial areas. It seems Brand New so everythings Shiny and very clean, people a very nice. I would say the only issues are the very bad window frames which don't isolate the noise of the street and I imagine also the cold weather in winter and the pillows which are uncomfortable. Beside those two points the hotel is fantastic

It's a hotel just to spend the night. Do not expect any attention from the staff, like being on your honeymoon and a bottle of champagne as a courtesy, or a nice views from Tower C.

Maintenance required for bathroom. There were hairs in the bath tub which means not clean. Bath water doesn’t go down well. Toilet clogged. Very bad experience. Reception staff is not friendly and felt like he is there sleepy or not in a mood when checking out. Courtyard next to this one is better.

過黎business trip，環境不錯 地點方便，附近有超市 平時可以用whatsapp同front desk溝通（會說英文） 係係馬路邊唔係完全安靜

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
