Hotel berhampiran Sungai Pearl, Guangzhou

I’ve been staying at this hotel every year during my visits to China, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect — close to everything I need, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and peaceful. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. What I appreciate the most is the staff — always polite, professional, and genuinely caring. They remember returning guests, and that personal touch makes all the difference. Every time I come here, I feel completely at home, even though I’m thousands of miles away. Thank you to the entire team for keeping such high standards of service and hospitality. This hotel has truly become my home away from home. I’m already looking forward to staying here again next year! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel service quality is sometimes good sometimes not, this time was not so great. I booked two nights and the reception called and wake me up to ask if I am extending my stay, after only one night stay 😓 then, the cleaning aunty also knock loudly and wake me up, I hardly got enough sleep, there is no “Do not disturb” tag on the door or switch, so cleaning aunty knock at every door 😓 the front desk is not rude, but just not friendly. I’ve stayed many times at this hotel before, and my previous stay was really good, the staffs are very friendly, so I compare this stay with that and got a bit disappointed. Other than that, the room is clean, and is nearby the shops I shop my needs, so will definitely come back here for my business needs. I just hope that the management can maintain steady high service quality.

Hotel ini agak lama, kebersihannya baik, tetapi tempat duduk lobi tidak mencukupi dan boleh diperbaiki. Pemandangan sungai dari bilik bagus, boleh nampak Jambatan Sungai Mutiara, tapi masa daftar masuk berkabus, jadi tak nampak pinggang.

I had a great stay at Yimi Hotel (Haizhu Square Subway Station Yide Road Branch). The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Haizhu Square subway station, making it very convenient to explore Guangzhou. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and local attractions nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with a fantastic location, clean rooms, and good service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Location with Warm, Attentive Service We truly enjoyed our stay at Guangzhou Hotel, especially because of its unbeatable location for both food and sightseeing, as well as the genuinely excellent service from the staff. The location is a standout. The hotel sits directly above Haizhu Metro Exit E, which makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. It’s also a pleasant walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, ideal for shopping, history, and exploring local culture. Food lovers will love the area too; there are several great dim sum restaurants just across the street, making it easy to enjoy authentic meals. One thing to note: the entrance requires going up about three flights of stairs from the metro exit, so keep that in mind if carrying heavy luggage. Service was another highlight. The front desk team was always friendly and efficient, while housekeeping consistently kept our room spotless and comfortable, big compliments to them. The hotel itself has more of a serviced-apartment style, so a few items were not provided: no plates or bowls, no robes, no scale, no umbrella, no in-room safe, and the washing machine requires your own detergent. There’s also no interior safety latch on the door, so we placed a chair/luggage against it at night for peace of mind. Additionally, gym access is charged at CNY 38 per entry, which felt unnecessary. We booked the Business Studio River View Apartment, but in both rooms we stayed (on Level 20 and 23), the view was partially obstructed, so we wouldn’t suggest paying extra for the river view. Despite these points, the fantastic location and the excellent hospitality, especially from the front desk and housekeeping teams, made our stay worthwhile. We likely wouldn’t return, but we would still recommend the hotel for anyone who wants the convenience of direct metro access, close proximity to Beijing Road, and great dining options nearby, just skip the river view upgrade.

Nice beds, toilet blocks easily, the hotel is pretty old and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. But for its price it's good.

Semua kakitangan hotel sangat baik, membantu dan mesra dengan senyuman. Mereka memberi naik taraf bilik percuma untuk satu bilik supaya ketiga-tiga bilik semuanya berada di tingkat yang sama. Lokasinya juga mudah, senang menginap di hotel yang sama lagi 😊

Lokasinya bagus kerana ia betul-betul di hadapan Jalan Beijing, dan perkhidmatannya juga hebat. Saya rasa saya akan tinggal di sini lagi lain kali!

For those who want to stay near the river at liwan district this is a good place to stay. The hotel lobby and the hotel lift is on different shop. The lift itself share with other business occupants, hospital, massage house, etc. The hotel only occupy on level 10, 11 and 12 with the laundry on the 12th floor. The room was fantastic. Ample and clean space. A lounge sofa with table just for you to sit. The room itself is a smart room and don't forget one of the rare hotel with smart toilet and self cleaning bidet. A bit cons is the toilet is smell of sewer a bit. Apparently this is an old bulding and cause this issue. Reason why the room have air filter. Again, the location was fantastic. River just a walking distance where you can go down early morning orahe evening to have a light Jog. Will look for similar chain hotel if visit China again
