"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you plan to shop or use public transportation. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, and the metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel itself was very clean, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and well maintained. I would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and cleanliness."

"The room was just the right size for us when we needed to be in the room with the built-in chair next to the bed, the small table and the desk chair. The mini fridge was handy for drinks and snacks. Comfy bed, plenty of hot water, and a quiet place. We used the free washer and dryer in the lobby. The breakfast had a very good variety of food - but no juice and you do have to go to the lobby for tea. The staff had translators and were very helpful. The room was freshened daily and there's always bottled water available. The lobby has a great area for relaxing and there's always 2 types of tea, small snacks, and hot water available there. There's a mini market across from the lobby and several restaurants in easy walking distance. It is also close to the bus pickup/drop-off station, so it was always easy to get a Didi. We would definitely stay here again."

"訂的是豪華家庭房，房間很大，地理位置也可以！就是水池附近一直有尿騷味，不知道是不是下水道問題，後來把洗手池堵了有好一點，除了這一點，其他沒啥問題，老婆孩子都覺得挺好的，國慶還會來北京，大概率還會選擇這家酒店"

"I recently stayed at Yuantuo Hotel during a family visit trip in Beijing, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. We truly appreciated the friendly and attentive service from the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue with cleanliness in my room, as I noticed several bugs during our stay. This was a bit disappointing and something that the hotel could improve upon. Overall, I would recommend Yuantuo Hotel for its prime location and excellent service, but I hope they can enhance their cleaning standards to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests."

"自己一個人來北京玩，真的住得特別滿意！即使不掛打掃牌子保潔阿姨也會每天來打掃房間，房間衞生我挑不出毛病。前台的服務態度也很好，點了外賣忘記拿還會提醒我拿外賣。周圍小吃便利店和連鎖快餐也很全。除了離朝陽門地鐵口遠一點幾乎沒缺點了"

"We arrived on Saturday early am to Beijing and reached the hotel at 0700s. The receptionist saw that we were jet lag and offered breakfast for 4 of us! It was a pleasant surprise as we were quite hungry due to the overnight flight. The breakfast spread was good and the room was cleaned everyday. We ordered some taobao to be delivered to the hotel and the receptionist also kindly collected for us and signed off. I accidentally left my iPad at airport and one of the receptionist kindly help me to call lost and found. It was overall very pleasant stay! We stayed for 6days 5 night in this strategically located hotel. Always a fan of IHG hotel in China. Walking distance to TaiKu Li shopping area. The hotel has laundry and it was very helpful for our one week stay! Will come back to this hotel again if we ever visit Beijing!!!"

"If you are looking for quiet hotel outside of the city rush and noise with high quality staff and facilities, this is your place. Asia Hotel gives you the perfect cost-price balance. We booked a room that was higr, looking like an apartment with a massive living room, a nice spacious room and a goos looking bathroom. Front desk staff was super polite and professional, some of them speak good English and others will make your life asier translating for you if yoy don't speak Chinese. Alvin helped us with the checkout and luggage storage to explore the city on our last day. Food delivery goes directly to your door with a robot. Just 20-25min cycling to the forbidden city or 15-20 by didi."

"This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Beijing! The staff were incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. One of the sweetest moments was when my brother briefly looked at one of the crafts they had on display. The staff noticed and surprised us by giving it to us for free. It was such a kind and considerate gesture that we will never forget. One day, we came back exhausted after a long day of sightseeing, and the staff kindly offered us complimentary ice-cold bottles of water. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel so well taken care of. Whenever we had any questions or ran into any issues, they helped us immediately. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, they patiently used translation apps to communicate with us and made sure we understood everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel also provides free washer and dryer facilities, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. The location is excellent as well. It’s close to many of Beijing’s must-visit attractions, making it easy to get around and explore the city. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and amazing location made our trip even more memorable. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Beijing!"

"We had a lovely stay at Hepingli hotel! An extra big thank you to Xiao Bai, who helped us with all our issues with graciousness. She really went above and beyond, helping us track down something we lost in a taxi and getting it delivered back to us within a day, and helping resolve an air con issue (it didn't work well but after maintenance, it was fine!) The hotel is lovely, though some rooms are of a more classic design rather than modern. It is still well maintained and the cleaning staff were really helpful and nice. The extra snacks in the evening were a nice touch! No issues with cleanliness. If I needed to be in the area again, I would stay again! We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it was easy, comfortable and the service was great. Thank you!"

"篩選了很久才挑到這個十分滿意的酒店，距離雍和宮地鐵口幾百米，不想走路可以掃共享單車騎到門口，不管是環境、衞生還是設施、服務都很棒很棒！在北京城中心這個寸土尺金的地方，這個價位感覺很超值！當然也會有隔音不太好（住一樓會聽到樓上用水的聲音，但住二樓就很安靜，感覺住獨享院子那種也是安靜的），住一樓會有一兩衹蚊子，但前台會很積極提供花露水、電蚊拍，解決之後就沒事啦！最後根據個人住店習慣提三個小建議：1、房間燈光不太夠亮，建議床頭加裝燈帶，既能增加亮度，又能增加氛圍感；2、廁所門很高級，建議加門把手方便推拉，但可能就沒那麼好看了；3、乾濕分離不夠徹底，洗澡水容易弄到馬桶邊，建議洗澡間加玻璃門。但是，如果什麼都很完美，估計就不是這個價位了！"
