PPengguna TetamuStayed one night before an early flight. The hotel itself was a typical large slightly aging airport hotel. The room was very clean & of a good size. The biggest thing that let it down was the lack of air conditioning, normally we sleep a healthy sub 18 degrees at night but we were unable to get the room air conditioning any less than a hot 22 degrees without opening a window which on the 6th floor of an airport hotel was a non-starter with the noise. When printing this out at reception while checking out we were unhelpfully told they would get the maintainence department to have a look at it! So a sleepless night and early flight caused a miserable start to our vacation.

PPengguna TetamuAbout a 5-minute walk from Central Station. There are many Korean restaurants nearby, so it’s convenient for Korean visitors. The interior design seems clearly aimed at a younger demographic, showing the brand’s identity. The staff were quite friendly and the facilities were decent. However, there was noticeable noise from the bathroom and between floors, and there was no refrigerator or similar appliances, possibly because cooking in the room is prohibited. The bathroom layout was also a bit unusual. Two sides of the shower area are open, and you have to rely only on a curtain, so water inevitably splashes out, which was somewhat disappointing. I haven’t received my deposit refund yet, but they said it will be refunded soon, so I am waiting.

KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

タオルもふかふかで真っ白で高級品でした。
シーツも清潔、部屋の掃除も行き届いていました。
室内にオイルヒーターがあるので温度調整もできて便利です。
6階の部屋の窓からは向かいのアパートに鳥たちが整列して囀るのを見られます。
シャワーの水圧も十分。温度調節は少し難しいです。
部屋自体は古いですが、壁は綺麗に塗り直されています。
ただ、注意点としてはエレベータが5階までしかないのでシングル部屋の6階の部屋が割り当てられたら重いスーツケースを自力で担いで階段を上らなければいけないので、体力と腕力に自身がない人は最初から5階以下の部屋を選びましょう。

ממניSo I wouldn't call it a hotel and certainly not a 4 star. It seems that they technically did everything to be called 4 stars without being worthy of 4 stars. I would define it as an office building of (not fancy) origin where instead of offices there are bedrooms.
The gym and sauna looked gielo pushed them with force only to be considered to have them. The atmosphere in the building is not that of a hotel.
The only good thing there is the breakfast and the view from it.
The rooms with comfortable beds and relatively clean but not properly maintained, for example, during our stay, the shower faucet exploded in the middle of the shower, so it caused us a lot of sorrow and a very unpleasant experience.
There are no sitting sofas in this place just to rest or relax. You can go up to the restaurant/bar on the 16th floor and sit there, but then you feel like someone who comes to the restaurant and doesn't buy anything, which is a feeling of shame.
And their cancellation fee is 90% of the order, so you can't cancel after I realized that I fell into a sting.

PPeterKA comfortable and cozy small hotel in a very convenient location next to a streetcar stop. It is about 15 minutes by bus from the airport and also about fifteen minutes directly on the streetcar to the downtown so it is easy to get anywhere. There are several restaurants and a small market across the street and several supermarkets and many more restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff were friendly and speak English. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. A small bathroom and the main disadvantage no air conditioning but the room was pretty comfortable with the small fan they provide. The breakfast was great with many choices. The WiFi worked well and the tv had a few English and foreign channels. A good value for money and a good location if you like to see a normal neighborhood but convenient to get around. I would stay again.

PPengguna Tetamu房間不大，比較乾淨，但是歐洲的服務態度都比較一般，價格對於這個酒店來説有點貴了，不過在展會期間也能理解。
