LLouise7052The overall stay experience was excellent. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Requests were handled promptly and with great hospitality.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Facilities were in good condition and provided a pleasant environment for guests.
Breakfast and dining options were fresh, well-organized, and offered a good variety of choices. Replenishment was timely and the dining area was clean and comfortable.
Great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaNear to main station, exit from nord exit for a shorter walk. Also a few steps away from the metro station. There is a tram at the door, which is convenient.
We were given a corner room with king size bed. The room layout was however awkward, with very little walking space and space for luggage. The toilet was also very small. The mini bar (with coffee machine) was placed in a cabinet, without lighting, which was quite odd. The wifi in this room was not good, could only get signals near the toilet. We had a second room on the other side of the corridor, and the wifi worked well.
As the room is near the tram, it was not quiet at night. You could consider the same hotel on the other street for a quieter room (which we also stayed before).
However, service was good and we appreciated the amenities in the room. It was a good night sleep.

AAKADASaya tinggal di sini pada Malam Tahun Baru. Saya pernah mendengar bahawa bunga api Tahun Baru di Munich tidak pernah berhenti, jadi saya bimbang saya tidak boleh tidur, tetapi bilik itu sangat sunyi dan kedap udara, jadi saya boleh tidur dengan tenang. Ia adalah hotel yang sangat unik dan menarik, tetapi ia mengecewakan kerana katil itu mahal dan sukar untuk digunakan, serta tiada selipar atau jubah mandi. Selain daripada itu, saya rasa ia bagus.

Cafes, Turkish and Asian food right below and around the hotel.
No toothbrush, comb, slippers. The shower gels are all in one bottle. So not for the fussy.
But bathroom is spacious and toilet is a separate unit.

PPengguna Tetamu衹住了一晚！絲毫沒住夠！服務都是好的！住的很舒適！乾淨 早餐也不錯😌。慕尼黑的景點相對都進！離查理哨崗，附近的酒店都很近！來出差也可以順便完了。走幾步就是地鐵站，去慕尼黑大學也不錯！走幾步就可以去吃很出名的鹹豬手！

Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area.

TtorinessVery close location for access to and from central Munich bus and train station. Also it was very easy to walk to museums, galleries and old town from the hotel. Immediate area around the hotel is as you would expect being so close to a central location - it's a bit grimy but honestly we didn't feel unsafe. The hotel room was a decent size and very clean. There was an electric kettle but no coffee and no cups to use - for the room rate I think these should be included. Staff at the hotel were really lovely - the lady at reception lent us her personal umbrella for the day when it was raining. Hotel also has it's own beer brewed downstairs which is excellent 👌🏻
