Hotel berhampiran Gereja St. Johannes, Duesseldorf

Nice location in Little Tokyo of Düsseldorf. Friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good and you have many choice. Nice bar and the have family board games.

The room was big and clean. Breakfast was good. The front desk was very friendly. Big thumbs up for Alper, he was very friendly and giving a lot of good recommendations for restaurants. The location is a little far from most of things, not recommend for walking . Mostly a long walk to Airport, Main train station and restaurants.

We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

I really don't understand why the remark for this hotel is so low,everything here is so perfect,with nice staffs, clean and brand new room, the location is very good as well,takes only 7 minutes to central station, the price is very cost-effective i think.

Cons - 1. Self-check-in only. The staff just stand nearby and watch. After 6 hours of travel, filling out a long form with many fields is a real torture. 2. No bottled water. There is no complimentary water in the room. 3. Poor breakfast. There are no sweets at all. The food is very bland (especially compared to Italy). Pros + 1. Great interior. Standards in design is nice. They used high-quality and pleasant materials. 2. Good pillows. There are two types of pillows to choose from. 3. Nice gesture at check-out. They gave us a card to use the guest restroom after checking out.

I've been here a few times now and it's the only hotel I'll stay at, it's very very nice the staff are great very welcoming. The room was nice and cosy bed super comfortable.

フロントの方達がとても親切でした。 タオルもふかふかで真っ白で高級品でした。 シーツも清潔、部屋の掃除も行き届いていました。 室内にオイルヒーターがあるので温度調整もできて便利です。 6階の部屋の窓からは向かいのアパートに鳥たちが整列して囀るのを見られます。 シャワーの水圧も十分。温度調節は少し難しいです。 部屋自体は古いですが、壁は綺麗に塗り直されています。 ただ、注意点としてはエレベータが5階までしかないのでシングル部屋の6階の部屋が割り当てられたら重いスーツケースを自力で担いで階段を上らなければいけないので、体力と腕力に自身がない人は最初から5階以下の部屋を選びましょう。

Gut gelegen für Veranstaltungen.  Preise an der Bar maßlos übertrieben. Für einen Aperol/ Lillet in einem 0,2l Glas mit viel Eis 12€.  Personal am Empfang super freundlich.

So I wouldn't call it a hotel and certainly not a 4 star. It seems that they technically did everything to be called 4 stars without being worthy of 4 stars. I would define it as an office building of (not fancy) origin where instead of offices there are bedrooms. The gym and sauna looked gielo pushed them with force only to be considered to have them. The atmosphere in the building is not that of a hotel. The only good thing there is the breakfast and the view from it. The rooms with comfortable beds and relatively clean but not properly maintained, for example, during our stay, the shower faucet exploded in the middle of the shower, so it caused us a lot of sorrow and a very unpleasant experience. There are no sitting sofas in this place just to rest or relax. You can go up to the restaurant/bar on the 16th floor and sit there, but then you feel like someone who comes to the restaurant and doesn't buy anything, which is a feeling of shame. And their cancellation fee is 90% of the order, so you can't cancel after I realized that I fell into a sting.
