PPengguna TetamuAbout a 5-minute walk from Central Station. There are many Korean restaurants nearby, so it’s convenient for Korean visitors. The interior design seems clearly aimed at a younger demographic, showing the brand’s identity. The staff were quite friendly and the facilities were decent. However, there was noticeable noise from the bathroom and between floors, and there was no refrigerator or similar appliances, possibly because cooking in the room is prohibited. The bathroom layout was also a bit unusual. Two sides of the shower area are open, and you have to rely only on a curtain, so water inevitably splashes out, which was somewhat disappointing. I haven’t received my deposit refund yet, but they said it will be refunded soon, so I am waiting.

KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Iindika sandaruwanHi! I recently stayed at your hotel and had such a pleasant experience. The ambience was amazing, the room had a great view, and everything felt so fresh and clean. The AC worked perfectly, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. I really appreciated the nice ventilation and the calm, refreshing smell in the room.
The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. I even found myself taking extra pictures because the place was just that beautiful! Thank you for such a wonderful stay I’d definitely love to come back.

LLionel ChoongGarner Hotel Düsseldorf is just perfect. The room is spacious even with extra single bed. More room for baggage for business travel person or family visit to Düsseldorf. The location is superb near main train station make it convenient to transit from place to place.
Lastly the breakfast is good. In all, this hotel is above the value of money especially in the expensive Düsseldorf city. Just love it

タオルもふかふかで真っ白で高級品でした。
シーツも清潔、部屋の掃除も行き届いていました。
室内にオイルヒーターがあるので温度調整もできて便利です。
6階の部屋の窓からは向かいのアパートに鳥たちが整列して囀るのを見られます。
シャワーの水圧も十分。温度調節は少し難しいです。
部屋自体は古いですが、壁は綺麗に塗り直されています。
ただ、注意点としてはエレベータが5階までしかないのでシングル部屋の6階の部屋が割り当てられたら重いスーツケースを自力で担いで階段を上らなければいけないので、体力と腕力に自身がない人は最初から5階以下の部屋を選びましょう。

ממניSo I wouldn't call it a hotel and certainly not a 4 star. It seems that they technically did everything to be called 4 stars without being worthy of 4 stars. I would define it as an office building of (not fancy) origin where instead of offices there are bedrooms.
The gym and sauna looked gielo pushed them with force only to be considered to have them. The atmosphere in the building is not that of a hotel.
The only good thing there is the breakfast and the view from it.
The rooms with comfortable beds and relatively clean but not properly maintained, for example, during our stay, the shower faucet exploded in the middle of the shower, so it caused us a lot of sorrow and a very unpleasant experience.
There are no sitting sofas in this place just to rest or relax. You can go up to the restaurant/bar on the 16th floor and sit there, but then you feel like someone who comes to the restaurant and doesn't buy anything, which is a feeling of shame.
And their cancellation fee is 90% of the order, so you can't cancel after I realized that I fell into a sting.
