SSARAMe encantó mi estancia en el Hotel Botánico. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. El servicio fue excelente, el desayuno muy completo y variado, y lo que más destacaría es la limpieza impecable de todas las instalaciones. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was spacious, had comfy large bed. The housekeeping service in the room was surprisingly great and fast, unbothering at all. The room’s view was as ordered on Teide (unfortunately we enjoyed it only 2 last days).
There was a big pool with many free sun loungers, the water was not hot, but we could swim. The amenities were exceptional: as they offered not only in-house trainings, games and night shows, but also outdoor trips to the nearby cities. The night shows included authentic cultural music and dances — was very fascinating.
The staff was very helpful and friendly not on the reception, but at the bar and attractions. The breakfast menu was various and there was a cook who cooked fresh omelets by request, the restaurant was very spacious and full of light.
The weather was unfortunately not great during the stay, but the hotel and its inner life has fully compensated. In good weather you can actually come and stay the whole day just at the hotel — as there is everything you need for relaxing. We would stay more and will come for sure next time!

EendesEl hotel está genial, pasé unos días en Tenerife con mi pareja y estuvo genial. El desayuno tiene una grandisima variedad y tiene gusto para todos, está genial! También la limpieza de la habitaciones es diaria y la dejan impoluta sin tocar o mover tus pertenencias de sitio. Las piscinas están genial, estan en la azotea del hotel y está genial. La atención y el servicio ha sido de diez. Además si no alquilas coche tienes al lado la estación de guaguas y eso está genial. La verdad que a nosotros nos ha encantado y cuando volvamos eligeremos el mismo hotel.

DDanielaIch hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel in Puerto de la Cruz! Alles war super – saubere Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und man fühlte sich einfach willkommen. Ich kann das Hostel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

SStef T.An overrated hotel. I would actually expect more as a 5-star hotel (already factored in the comments from other reviews so I have lowered my expectations).
Breakfast is good, wide selection of choice, staff are friendly. Hotel facilities are ok, a small outdoor pool and another indoor pool plus gym and other facilities.
What I find it disappointing is that the hotel is quite poorly maintained, for example walls in the corridor are a bit damaged. The cleanliness of the hotel room is another red flag: the bathroom sink was not clean. We saw a cockroach in the bathtub before we took a shower in one evening. The wall is also quite thin so you can clearly hear noise from other rooms.
Location is not the best either: it’s fine if you stay in the hotel most of the time. But it takes a long time (and costs a lot) if you want to go to the main city Santa Cruz or even just to the South Airport.
