"Very difficult to reach initially as unclear signs but once there able to move to and from important landmarks easily The AC is terrible, complained and offered another room which was same problem so seems the hotel rooms have old and outdated AC Worst bed I have ever slept on , the mattress is stony hard No fridge in the room Toilet and basin + shower are separated in different rooms with no connection which is really unhygienic and a big joke I would overall avoid this hotel in the future at all costs !"

"This hotel is highly misleading and far below expectations. We arrived early and were refused the luggage storage service that was clearly promised on the booking site. The staff gave vague excuses and left us carrying heavy bags around for hours. There is no real 24-hour reception – at night, no one was available at the front desk, which raises serious safety concerns. The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, with poor lighting and dated facilities. This is not a 4-star experience, and the price is totally unjustified. I strongly do not recommend staying here, especially if you value comfort and honest service."

"The location is in the commercial area of Paris, if you prepare to check in on Saturdays or Sundays, there are no restaurants available. You have to go elsewhere in Paris for dining. The nearest place for food should be in Le Défense. If you have large luggage, there are a couple of stairs to climb near the entrance of the hotel. Overall the staff and cleanliness is good. In the room I booked, there are utilities for cooking as well as a small washing machine which is excellent if you’re travelling with families."

"Clean. Ideally located 50m from the metro station Pont de Neuilly (Line 1 which takes you to the landmarks Champs Elysees, Louvre, etc. Two elevators. Soundproof rooms. There's a breakfast option tho I haven't tried it. Overall left very satisfied."

"Excellent location near the metro, there was an incredibly helpful Asian staff member who could speak Cantonese who gave us extremely helpful tips and arranged for a box of snacks to take when we told them we couldn't make the breakfast due to our early flight- he also encouraged us to book a far earlier taxi to avoid the traffic- we would've missed our flight otherwise if we left at our original time. Would stay again next time we visit Paris."

"We had a pleasant stay at Tribe Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. There was a hairdryer but no flip flops and the fridge was not working well (not cold at all). There's a water fountain on every floor and a restaurant on the ground floor. The location was good, quiet and quite close to the metro line 1. A supermarket right in front and a cheaper one a 5-mins walk. Good value for the money paid."

"L'accueil à l'hôtel a été parfait, dés l'entrée dans la chambre nous avons été ravis de voir que la chambre avait été chauffée pour notre arrivée. Comble du bien-être, les serviettes de bain étaient également chaudes, disposées sur le chauffe serviette. Vraiment cosy, merci"

"The hotel is not located in the very city center, but it has convenient access to many attractions via Line 1. The breakfast was quite basic and not particularly delicious, but overall, the stay was comfortable."
