Perfect location, right in the city centre. Even as a female solo traveller I felt safe walking at night. (Although I took a cab to the hotel) Shower room may be a bit moody but it is what it is. The hotel staff are absolutely delightful and very helpful. At night there are no staff so be aware of that!

The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location — it's absolutely perfect. Please note that there's no elevator up to the reception on the second floor, so carrying large luggage can be a bit challenging (though the staff may help you). That said, the room is stylish and very comfortable. The view from the window is truly magical. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel war ok, hat uns aber enttäuscht. Sehr gut nahe Metro in Montmarte gelegen. Gleich nebenan ist jedoch **** ********** ***. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind recht laut, Fenster unzureichend isoliert. Sowohl im Eingangsbereich als auch im Zimmer und im Schrank gab es mehrere Tage durchgehend als wir da waren schlechte Gerüche. Sauber war das Zimmer auch eher nur äußerlich. An einem Morgen lief plötzlich Wasser aus der Deckenlampe. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown attractions. The rooms are stunning, and the overall ambiance is delightful. Amine, Khalil, Ludivine, and Yasmine were exceptional—kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The staff was very accommodating, offering directions, maps, luggage storage, and restaurant recommendations. Yasmine suggested the best crepe place in town. The hotel team truly deserves five stars. The location of Hotel Lilas Blanc is quite good close to public transport, cafes, and local shops, which makes it easy to move around Paris. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. The room was clean and well maintained, but quite small. smaller than expected for the price. It’s fine for a short stay, but may feel a bit tight if you have large luggage or plan to stay several days. Overall, it’s a cozy and safe place with good service, especially if you value cleanliness and convenience over room size.

Every staff at the hotel are super friendly and considerate.  Especially the front desk lady in the day time and the gentleman of evening shift, plus the breakfast waiter Salem!  Certainly will return again when I revisit Paris in the next time!  Great hospitality = a 4-star hotel to me!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, alguns minutos do metrô Pyramides e Royal Palais, uma quadra do Tulieries e 3 do Lovre, é possível fazer muitas coisas a pé a partir do hotel. A recepção é muito cordial, ponto a considerar são quartos pequenos e sem frigobar, um dia o chuveiro não esquentou e outro o mini elevador fechou para manutenção, apesar dos inconvenientes, a estadia foi boa, achei um pouco caro, mas a Localização em Paris muda completamente a experiência, então acho que vale a pena!

邦邦民promiseI’m having a vacation in Paris with my family and booked a room for 3. The room is big enough for us to put our luggage and it’s also so clean and tidy. The staff is so nice to answer all our questions. The best thing of this hotel is that it’s only 1 min away from the metro station, that’s so convenient. It’s also close to many tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower👏🏻I would definitely recommend this hotel to who would like to stay a few days in Paris!

KKing KaDuring my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue. I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card turned to black side, that means “occupied”. But they still clear my table, also take away my card for telling them if I am still here. That means they treat me as already left. When I come back, I asked them to change me to another table for two to avoid misunderstandings, one staff told me that he will clean the table for me but he forget it. After take away the card for telling them if I still occupied the table, no one give me back. I asked one of the staff give me back but he simply requested me to ask other staff to do it. Later, they cleared my table again because there is no card. A lot of mistakes. If charge this price, service is fail. The food is generally good. Good position and can appreciate Efital tower every night.

AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :) The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!! At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!

NNaritta❤️Our stay was truly delightful. The hotel was immaculate, exceptionally comfortable, with an excellent bed and perfectly supportive pillows that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The complimentary tea in the room was a thoughtful touch and of great quality. The only minor point to note concerns the towels — while they were clearly new and of superb quality, they did leave some lint on the skin. Aside from that, everything was impeccable.

It is within a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and both RER C and Metro Line 6 are nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. Most major attractions are also easily accessible. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was one disappointing experience. We had an early schedule during our stay and requested a breakfast box the evening before, as we needed to leave the hotel at around 6:15 AM. When we came down the next morning, nothing had been prepared. After asking at reception, they quickly put something together, but it felt rushed, and they didn’t even confirm our room number when handing it over. The breakfast box itself was also below expectations considering the standard of the hotel. The room was a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It included a small sofa and table, and there was enough space to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases. Overall, the staff were kind, and choosing accommodation near the Eiffel Tower was definitely a good decision. Despite the issue with the breakfast box, we had a pleasant stay.

AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
