I have to say my experience at Acro Suites fell below my expectations. The overall experience, apart from the hotel itself, was nowhere near what I would consider a true 5-star experience. It is a beautiful property and definitely a perfect spot for an Instagram post, but beyond the aesthetics, the actual experience was lacking. The F&B offering was below average, and the room service/housekeeping standards were disappointing. The room cleaning was not carried out properly — empty glasses and wine bottles from the first day were still left in our room until the day we checked out. My partner also had a fall at the resort due to poor lighting at night. What was most disappointing was that no duty manager followed up or checked in with us afterwards to see how his recovery was going. For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of attention to detail, service, and genuine care for guests. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a luxury property.

Accueil exceptionnel par une équipe attentive, souriante et très professionnelle. L'ensemble du personnel de la réception a contribué à ma entière satisfaction. L’hôtel bénéficie d'une excellente localisation avec une belle vue, font de mer, plage privée . L’hôtel est irréprochable en matière de propreté. Les chambres étaient parfaitement propres, ainsi que les salles de bain et les espaces communs Le restaurant offre une cuisine savoureuse avec des produits frais. Mention spéciale à la gentillesse du personnel et à l’agréable salle de restauration. Recommande vivement 👏🏻

Overall, you will not be disappointed at this hotel with anything. As for improvements, there could be fountains to wash off the sand off the feet which is commonly seen normally but wasn’t available here with a long beach. The staff are always greeting us with a simile! It’s super duper busy so things get a bit hectic. When we first checked it, a member of staff was a little impatient with some questions…the food is so abundant. In fact, too much but with kids, it’s convenient. Good clientele- everyone minds their own business, trying to relax. Some more signage could help around the hotel as it’s massive..Finally, the second room in the family room has sofas instead of beds which are not comfortable. They can have options with two proper bedrooms because with growing kids, they don’t want to be squeezed and uncomfortable on holiday. Thanks to everyone who helpedus to make sure we can have a good time on holiday!

La mejor experiencia!!!! Las personas muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa y pendientes de lo que necesites, las instalaciones muy bien ubicadas cerca de la playa 300 Mt, el desayuno maravilloso, tenía de todo y para todos los gustos y el restaurante (taberna) todo magnífico y con precio justo, pizzas, carnes, ensaladas, en fin 10/10

Gutes Hotel eigentlich, Leider zu viele Mängel. Es muss definitiv nach gestrichen werden und generell sehr viele Mängel im Hotel. Das Essen war ok aber finde mehr Fisch und generell griechische Küche müssten angeboten werden. Die Hotelgäste wieder einmal Weltklasse mit Hand essen rauf klatschen also EU Reisen sind wie immer. Klischee eher europäisch Riesen Resort leider wurde uns nur die Karte vom Hotel in die Hand gedrückt und fertig aus, man bekommt noch eine App wo man die Restaurants reservieren kann aber für 5 Tage Aufenthalt leider keine Reservierung bekommen weil alles schon ausgebucht war. Am Pool reservierte liegen genauso wie am Strand. Hotel Personal extrem nett das hat die Reise komplett umgerundet . Nochmal würde ich dieses Hotel nicht besuchen. Preis Leistung war ok.

Excellent point de chute, dans superbe cadre, pour rayonner à la découverte de l'île. Transports en commun, taxis, location de voitures à la porte de l'hôtel. Personnel particulièrement attentif au bien-être de chacun, capable de passer de l'anglais à l'allemand et le français pour faciliter les échanges... Efficacité du house keeping, buffet généreux pour tous les goûts, plage et piscine aussi bien équipées pour varier les plaisirs. Un séjour à recommander!

Good clean stylish accommodation but not a good view from the balcony. Good breakfast provided. Good value for money

Nous y avons séjourné pour une nuit. Arrivée tardive et départ le matin donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de toutes les infrastructures de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner compris dans notre séjour était correct. Tout le monde y trouve de quoi se restaurer. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose de toutes les commodités ( douche et wc) qui sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le matelas était un peu trop dur pour nous mais pour un court séjour cela n'était pas trop gênant.
