Hotel berhampiran Malang Train Station, Klojen

At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. Thanks mbak gabriel, mba diana and mba lia. I'll see you again

I've stayed at many hostels while traveling around the world, and this is the best. The Snooze Malang staff, in particular, are even more dedicated to service than other Snooze teams. They welcome guests warmly and are always ready to help. The garden is peaceful and beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby, and even a small traditional market is within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring. It's also within walking distance of the train station. Although it's a hostel, it's a quiet place to rest. The only downside is that the shower water pressure is weak. They clean the rooms daily and even every other minute, and they even lift the beds to clean them daily. I highly recommend this place.

Im was very happy with this hotel. I wanted to stay longer in Malang only because I liked the service of this team . Very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast I have ever tried. They have surprised me with the high quality. Always clean and location is good. Thank you 101 Malang Team .

Bersih, kemas, perkhidmatan yang baik. Saya telah menghabiskan satu malam dan ia hebat. Bilik itu bersih tidak terlalu besar dan lokasinya baik berhampiran dua pusat membeli-belah. Ia juga berdekatan dengan universiti awam jadi harga makanan lebih murah. Kolam renang yang bagus kira-kira 1.3m dalam. Setibanya di bilik, CS menghubungi saya melalui telefon untuk bertanya sama ada semuanya ok atau tidak. Namun, ketika saya berenang pada waktu pagi, tiada pemandu kolam sehingga saya tidak dapat meminta tuala kolam. Sila sediakan sajadah nanti kerana saya tidak menemuinya.

Hotel didn't have an elevator but they were quick to transfer my family and I to a ground level room as my dad had walking difficulties. Overall great service & staff, will stay again in the future.

This hotel was great for the money. Good food. Great staff. I don’t think it was in the Best place, but it wasn’t the worst either . There is a couple of fruit stands, right outside of the hotel, which was great to have. The hotel is nice and spacious.  Easy access for taxi pickup.

Fijn hotel, goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Naast het station en een foodcourt, en op loopafstand van de Kajoetangan. Enige nadeel is dat het vrij gehorig is, muziek van naburige restaurant is goed hoorbaar.

The hotel is nice and the personnel also however there is no pool. On the pictures there is a pool but it just didn't exist. The room is nice but it is clearly an old hotel

Pelayanannya bagus, ga ada jam malam dan dikasih kunci buat masuknya. Air hangat nyala dapet handuk, sabun shampo tersedia dikasih selimut juga. Overall bagus disini meskipun lumayan jauh mau kemana mana

Cukup bersih, pelayanan saat check in sangat mudah dan ramah. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan wisata pasar oro oro dowo dan kayoetangan. Kalau minggu dekat situ ada CFD dan bazar
