Hotel berhampiran Malang Train Station, Klojen

At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. I had a lovely 3-night stay at Decasa Female House, and I can definitely recommend it! It is a very charming place that is carefully being taken care of. What makes it truly unique is the friendly and welcoming nature of the employees and the owners. During my stay they invited me several times to local/family events together with some other guests. And whenever I had a problem (no matter how late!), they were very responsive and provided immediate help. It is centrally located, and you easily reach all major destinations. They even provide their own guide with personal recommendations and hidden gems. And in case you want to join a guided tour such as to Mount Bromo, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, or Mount Ijen, you can directly book it through them.  Thank you for everything, I had a great time in Malang!

Si je pouvais donner plus que 5 étoiles, je le ferais. Les locaux sont agréables, très propres (ménage plusieurs fois par jour) et les chambres (et lits) confortables. L'hostel est à côté d'un café avec sucré et salé et-10%. Une supérette est à 2 minutes à pied. Le village coloré est à 15/20 minutes à pied et enfi' a 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Pour conclure, cet Hostel est bien placé. Parlons du personnel : ils sont adorables, gentils, attentionnés. Vous n'est pas un numéro de chambre, ils se souviennent de votre prénom et de votre planning. Ils sont incroyables. L'hostel est également en partenariat avec une compagnie pour les tours touristiques : cascades, mont Bromo et même Ijen volcano. Vous ne vous occupez de rien, juste donner votre passeport, votre numéro whatsapp et le paiement. Mes conducteurs et guides vous contactent directement en vous confirmant l'heure de départ. Que du positif.

We always stay here when we go to Malang. The only complaint I have this time is for the time when we ordered cake slices to go and it took us more than 30 minutes to finally get it. It wasn't really a big deal, but it did make us late for our plans. But overall, everything else was great. Will definitely come back.

Best in my Indonasia so far! The room was so spacious with the spectacular city view. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got a dedicated ambassador and everything was quick. The location is excellent. Highly recommended for your stay in Malang. The only improvement is bedding. The comforter was not very comfy and had stains. Sheets seemed fairly old.

The hotel itself is in the city centre and within a mall which is convenient but it can get very crowded (and jammed) on weekends. The staff are polite and understanding. We had to pay 100k IDR deposit for our rooms but since we were carrying sleeping kids, they let us check into the rooms first. Room is clean but old and basic. The room does not have safe deposit box, unmovable shower head. Basic amenities are dental kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, and lotion. Shampoo and shower gel are 2-in-1 and stuck on the wall. There’s only bath towel (no hand towel). Sound-proofing can be improved since the corridor is not carpeted. Breakfast is free for kids 5 and below. Taste-wise it’s ok. Apart from egg station, salad, waffles and bakery section, the rest are very much Indonesian style.

Bersih, kemas, perkhidmatan yang baik. Saya telah menghabiskan satu malam dan ia hebat. Bilik itu bersih tidak terlalu besar dan lokasinya baik berhampiran dua pusat membeli-belah. Ia juga berdekatan dengan universiti awam jadi harga makanan lebih murah. Kolam renang yang bagus kira-kira 1.3m dalam. Setibanya di bilik, CS menghubungi saya melalui telefon untuk bertanya sama ada semuanya ok atau tidak. Namun, ketika saya berenang pada waktu pagi, tiada pemandu kolam sehingga saya tidak dapat meminta tuala kolam. Sila sediakan sajadah nanti kerana saya tidak menemuinya.
