Hotel berhampiran Stesen Minatocho, Kawasaki

We gad a great stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Musashikosugi. Spacious rooms with great facilities. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Location is top notch, walking distance to train stations, excellent shops and restaurants. The provided buffet breakfast is good as well.

Had trouble with the room type, it said bunk bed type but the photo showed a double bed. When i addressed the front desk, at first they made an excuse about Trip.com being responsible. However as the customer, I have no control over how trip,com advertises the photo and the description of the room. If the photo shows a double bed only and by clicking the arrow it doesnt show another photo of a bunk bed then I will assume the selection is for a double bed and that the description was lost in translation. I believe it was the manager who made it right in the end. It was inconvenient but it was solved.

The room was very clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything arranged efficiently without feeling cramped. I especially appreciated how peaceful it was at night despite being so close to the airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, which is always important when catching an early flight.

Bilik persendirian itu sangat selesa. Terdapat sebuah katil di bahagian belakang, ruang untuk membuka beg pakaian di bahagian hadapan, cermin, tingkap dan pintu yang boleh dikunci, menjadikannya tempat yang selamat dan terjamin untuk menginap.

I had a pleasant experience during my visit. The service was smooth and the staff were helpful and polite. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, which made the whole stay more enjoyable. The food was also satisfying with good variety and taste. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would recommend it to others.

Compared to the one in Ueno station, it can't compete. I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a little strange.Considering this is the first time it ever happened to me. And I've traveled around many countries can't think of a single one.That wouldn't let me just store my bags in the behind the counter and then let me check in later. Everybody was very polite and nice and the guy would even use his translator to tell me about the company policy. I think this place must be pretty new.So the owner is running it by the book. Overall I still enjoyed it tho!

The hotel is a bit far away from the central station and its entrance is old fashioned but the inside is clean and comfortable. Served breakfast is fresh and healthy but has an atmosphere of blue colored workers among the visitors. Almost all the signatures in English are wrongly used so foreigners cannot understand what is described.

Flexstay Inn Kawasaki is located just under 1 km from Kawasaki Train Station. On the day that I arrived, I ended up being late due to travel from the previous location. I contacted Flexstay prior to make this arrangement and they were very accommodating allowing me to check-in at 11pm. The Hotel is very close to convenience stores or if you want to choose from a range of restaurants, they are all within walking distance, as are a range of different shops for those wanting a shopping experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was standard size with a TV, microwave, mini fridge and WiFi. I would have liked to have had access to an electric kettle, rather than one that sat on a cooktop. The bathroom was a toilet / bath / shower combined and body wash / shampoo and conditioner were all provided. I appreciated that staff allowed me to have a parcel sent to the Hotel that they held onto and provided me with a note, letting me know that it could be collected at the check-in desk. There was an issue with the hand basin not allowing the water to drain correctly, but as soon as I notified staff, it was rectified straight away. As the Hotel is close to a busy intersection, just be aware that there is noise from traffic throughout the day and night.
