Biliknya tidak terlalu kecil untuk Jepun Kebersihan dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Terdapat juga banyak kedai serbaneka di sekitar.

Staying at Grand LDK Hostel Susukino Sapporo was such a wonderful experience! 🌟
The hostel is very clean, tidy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. Both the rooms and common areas are well-maintained, with a warm and cozy atmosphere—perfect after a long day exploring Sapporo.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They’re always ready to assist with a smile and even give great recommendations for local attractions and food 👍
As for the facilities, they are complete and well thought out—from a shared kitchen to a cozy lounge, plus all the essential amenities you might need during your stay.
The location in Susukino is also very convenient, close to many attractions and public transportation.

The hotel in very good location but rooms is extremely small , barely has space to open the luggage on the floor , room size is only 18 SQM , they never publish the room size on the room details , photos on the listing is misleading as it show the rooms is big but actually its extremely small , Toilet is miserable small and has 40 CM step to climb , if you have senior person be ready to assist every time that person need to go to toilet.
Breakfast , i tried once and never repeated as it doesn't worth it .
Im frequent traveller and i don't normally write reviews but for this hotel i have to write to be sure no one got the same disappointment i got when i saw the room .

We stayed for 2 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Susukino and 5 mins walk to 狸小路 with many convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staff helped us to check in with the check in machine and the process was fast. We like the beds and room size, and the free flow of Haskap juice throughout afternoon and evening. The drawbacks are the front desk staff have limited English and didn’t understand our request to have a cleanup in our room as we were sleeping late and missed morning cleanup. The nearest airport shuttle bus stop across from hotel abest Sapporo is 4 blocks away and we have to take a taxi around 950yen with luggages to get there in the slushy snow. There are many Thai tourists in both evenings when we went back to hotel so the hotel is quite popular and crowded. Nevertheless the hotel was able to give us a high floor room away from elevators per our request and we had a quiet room which we appreciate a lot. Will definitely consider staying again given the hotel room is a good price!

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Fresh Air!
We recently stayed here for a quick one-night stopover. It's a great mid-range option for those who prioritize location and comfort.
The Highlights:
Room Layout: Spacious enough for 2 people. The seperate bathroom zones and vanity/make up desk are convinience.
Fresh Air: Our favorite feature! The windows can be opened slightly, which is perfect in winter to enjoy natural ventilation instead of the AC which will be too hot for us to sleep during the night.
Facilities: The lounge and restaurant feel very airy and clean.
Convenience: Located right near great food and walking streets. On-site parking is available (extra fee), which is a huge plus for us.
Things to Consider:
Water Policy: No water is provided in the room. Members have to pick up at the Front Desk.
Booking Assistance: We tried to get help with a restaurant reservation, but the hotel required a deposite paid through them to do so. This was a bit restrictive for those using e-SIMs.
Verdict: Perfect if you value a clean room and a breeze.

AAhmad MostafaAfter spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service.
The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.
My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.

PPengguna TetamuA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaTravelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable.
I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

KKathy WPNThe location of this hotel is just next to the Shin Sapporo JR and Subway station, about 3-4 minutes walk from the station. It is considered a very good and convenient place for us. You can almost different shops in the station building including supermarkets. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and clean, providing all necessary amenities and services. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations.
After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only.
We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication.
In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy.
At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. His patience and attentiveness created a truly positive impression, and I hope the hotel will acknowledge his excellent service.
We have always appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that Japanese hotels are known for, which is why we chose to stay with you. With this in mind, we wanted to gently share both our concern and our gratitude, and we would appreciate a brief reply so we can feel more at ease for the rest of our stay.

HHuiting412his was the best stay among the four places we stayed during our trip. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, so we couldn’t fully open both of our luggage at the same time.
However, the toilet was clean and quite spacious, and the blanket was very comfortable, which made it easy to sleep well. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and convenient.
I also really liked the mirror—it was great for checking our outfits, which is especially nice for girls like me. One small improvement would be the walkway in front of the entrance, which was a bit dark and could be brighter.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the lively Susukino area; however, there is no underground walkway, so walking in cold weather while pulling luggage can be a bit challenging.
We stayed in a Standard Double Room, and the space was a little tight for opening 2 medium-sized suitcases and 1 large suitcase comfortably.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

PPooM RagThe hotel is located not far from the station, about a 5 to 8-minute walk. The twin room isn't too cramped and is quite comfortable for sleeping. However, they only provide one pillow per person, and it’s a bit on the flat side.
Since I visited during winter, the air conditioning functioned as a heater, which made the room feel a bit too warm, but luckily the windows can be opened for some fresh air.
