Biliknya sangat besar dan bangunannya kukuh. Semasa menginap, terdapat gempa bumi di Hokkaido sekitar magnitud 5, tetapi saya hanya merasakan katil bergegar. Bar lobi menyajikan bir yang sangat baik. Dahulu, ia adalah pejabat Sapporo Beer, jadi jika anda berpeluang menginap di sini, pastikan anda mencuba bir mereka. Ia hanya 6 minit menaiki teksi dari Stesen Sapporo, dan terdapat juga perhentian bas di hadapan hotel. Outlet barangan sukan di seberang hotel juga berbaloi untuk diterokai.

Hotel yang baru dibuka ini terletak dengan sempurna bersebelahan stesen Susukino di Aras 7. Bas Limosin Lapangan Terbang akan menurunkan anda kira-kira 1 blok ke belakang dari hotel. Bilik-bilik agak kecil tetapi berfungsi, bilik yang lebih besar mempunyai pemandangan yang lebih kecil jadi pilih bilik yang kecil. Anda tidak akan dapat mengakses onsen/spa hotel melainkan anda menempah bilik premium tanpa akses berbayar dibenarkan. Ini kelihatan seperti pemikiran pendek yang luar biasa di hotel terutamanya jika onsen kosong. Mengapa tidak menawarkan kemasukan berbayar kepada tetamu semasa waktu sunyi? Hotel ini juga mengambil bahagian dalam pembersihan hijau yang meluas dengan komitmen palsu untuk membantu alam sekitar. Jika anda memilih pengemasan eko, mereka masih akan membuang berus gigi anda dan menggantikan berus gigi yang lain. Selain itu, mereka memberi anda kod QR untuk menebus sebotol air teh percuma (tidak pasti bagaimana ini membantu alam sekitar?) Sarapan pagi tidak mengapa tetapi pastikan anda tiba sebelum pukul 9 pagi kerana makanan tidak diisi semula atau diganti pada bufet. Terdapat banyak kakitangan perkhidmatan berdiri dan berlari-lari tetapi tidak banyak produktiviti membersihkan meja, mengeluarkan pinggan dll. Kawasan tempatan mempunyai bahagian hadapan kedai ”maklumat perempuan” yang luas jadi saya mungkin tidak akan mengesyorkan kawasan itu untuk keluarga walaupun ia berasa selamat.

PPengguna TetamuA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a pleasant one night stay at the beginning of the trip which made us decide to book one more night towards the end of our trip instead of staying at the airport hotel. Our first night check in was handled by a guy which was great and friendly, he prepared kids amenities for us without us asking for it and offered us 2pm check out (gold status) despite the booking not booked via Marriott direct. Our last night check in was handled by a woman, immediately we felt there's a difference between the two. They offered us connecting rooms for both our rooms, when we asked for our rooms within close proximity, which was granted. No kids amenities, no late check out unless we pay for extension. Hospitality is a hit and miss, I do have another night coming up in June, all done based on my first impression, I'll have to think about it. The carpark is right behind the hotel for 2500 yen. I haven't checked the onsen myself but my parents said it's relatively small. Connecting twin rooms have smaller floor space due to the door in-between, making it difficult to open up multiple large size suitcases.

PPengguna TetamuNice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.

2. Surrounded with many eating houses and the famous shopping street Tanukikojo Streets are also just few minutes walk from the hotel.
3. Hotel lobby and hotel restaurant are located in main building, and our room were in 2nd building.
4. There were coin-operated washer+dryer in some of the floors hence which is quite convenience for guests to use.
5. Breakfast were so so.
6. I have stayed in Holiday Inn hotel many times (1st time in Japan) and this is the 1st time i see Dove brand for shower and hair shampoo.
Overall the hotel met my expectations.

PPengguna TetamuWe’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

Menghabiskan 5 malam di hotel ini dan kami menyukainya. Dekat dengan segalanya. Jika kita akan kembali ke Sapporo pasti akan menempah hotel yang sama. Juga akan mengesyorkan kepada rakan-rakan. Kami mengembara DIY dan kami tidak mempunyai masa yang sukar untuk menginap di hotel ini. Beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari perhentian bas dari dan ke lapangan terbang. Sangat selesa.

PPooM RagThe hotel is located not far from the station, about a 5 to 8-minute walk. The twin room isn't too cramped and is quite comfortable for sleeping. However, they only provide one pillow per person, and it’s a bit on the flat side.
Since I visited during winter, the air conditioning functioned as a heater, which made the room feel a bit too warm, but luckily the windows can be opened for some fresh air.

• Housekeeping: The hotel has a policy of not cleaning the room unless you stay for at least 3 days.
• Towels: You can hang your used towels outside the door every day to exchange them for fresh ones.
• Laundry: There are coin-operated washing machines available, though there are only two machines in total.
• Dining: There is an affordable Izakaya restaurant located right under the hotel.
Location & Verdict
Overall, the location is very convenient. It’s close to all of Sapporo’s main attractions, and you can easily walk to the Susukino area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort and convenience.
