처음 방문했을때 기억이 좋아서 두번째 방문했습니다. 601호에 묵었고 룸컨디션 은 여전히 좋았습니다. 지난번과 같은 룸으로 배정되서 반대쪽 뷰 로 룸 변경 요청했으나 예약 만료의 사유로 변경하지 못했습니다. 조식은 시간을 못 맞춰서 이용하지 못했고, 대욕탕 및 석식뷔페는 개인차가 있으나 나쁘지 않았습니다. 이전과는 다르게 프론트와 식당에 동남아 직원들이 있었는데 접객는 보통 수준이었습니다. 청의 호수 야간 버스 투어(현장 예약필수) 이용했고 밤 산책하기 좋았습니다.

I am very satisfied with the stay, tatami room is clean and comfortable,the buffet dinner and breakfast are moderate in selection but high in quality. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, using fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavours. Not your typical crowded buffet — more of a calm, refined dining experience. Simple, but really satisfying.

One of the best onsen I must say. It’s very very near Shirahige Falls about 5 minutes walk in thick snow. But there aren’t any convenient shops or restaurants within reach. I guess you’ll need to drive. Limited public bus to reach the resort and it costs 660 yen. If you missed then you’ll need to get a taxi which cost about 8000 yen. We took the day trip around Biei which cost about 5500 per person to 8 locations around Biei and the last location you guess it right, it’s Shirahige fall. The tour bus driver very kind to drop us at the onsen resort They served the best saisaki and breakfast. Be sure to get your stomach empty before you reach the premise for the dinner.

Located in a very remote place, 45 minutes drive from Furano. Exactly like classic detective novel snow mansion setting. The entrance to the hotel ground is elusive. If you want to avoid the crowd, this is the place to choose. The view is fantastic. 5 minutes drive to the most wonderful free Fukiage Onsen. The room is spacious and the price is very good compared with hotels in Furano. There is free flow beer and whisky in the lounge from 3pm to 10pm. You need to order dinner when make room reservation. They don't accept ordering on the spot. Microwave is provided so you can package dinner from convenient shops in Furano.

Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

thanks for giving me such a warm place to stay 💓 the dinner is very delicious, although I can’t speak Japanese but the owner is very kind！ Unfortunately, my stay here was too short. I couldn’t go to walk around the house. The scenery here just like a picture ❣️ feeling peaceful here. I wrote this review so that everyone can choose here to stay
