PPengguna TetamuAlready our second stay at JR East Hotel Mets Premier Makuhari Toyosuna in just a few months, and once again, we picked it for its unbeatable location. It’s literally just steps away from Makuhari Toyosuna JR Station, with a fully covered walkway leading straight to the entrance, so even in heavy rain or snow, you’ll stay completely dry.This time, our room was at the far end of the floor, and the layout felt even more efficient—no wasted space, everything thoughtfully designed. The room was clean and spacious, with a massage chair and a Dyson hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but every dish was nicely made, and the seasonal items even came with clear explanations in both Japanese and English.What really stands out is how generous the hotel is with amenities. Guests can freely pick up skincare products, face masks, bath salts, and other self-care items from the lobby, plus there’s a complimentary coffee machine for a quick caffeine fix anytime.Another big plus is the convenience store right inside the hotel, perfect for grabbing a snack or drink. With Aeon Mall, Muji, Uniqlo, Costco, etc. all nearby, it’s truly the perfect location for shopping and picking up souvenirs. We shall definitely return very soon in our next trip.

CC.P WONGIt is close to station,the Lawson was very conveniently attached to the hotel with its own entrance. The staffs was helpful and friendly. The Premium Outlet just in front of the hotel and also few mins walk to the station and exhibition hall.

PPengguna TetamuThere is a direct bus from the Narita Airport to the hotel lobby. Great hotel that is valued for money. Best thing is that the distance to the bus interchange and train station is less than 400m. There is paid shuttle bus to Aeon City. Foods around the area are great. Thank you

KKyoko_.One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!

PPengguna Tetamu這次旅行是為了看 VNL 的比賽，因為會場在千葉港體育館，所以以 JR千葉站為搜尋點去找。
當初找住宿點時就發現預算內東京的旅宿房間普遍不大，這間飯店的房間大小和別人相當不同，看評論提到飯店設施方向偏“愛情賓館”，雖然心裡有些忐忑，想說有伴還是訂了。
實際住宿後發現房間真的非常大，浴廁分離外，浴室很大（浴缸可整個人躺進去），洗手台旁有可梳妝空間，卧室除了床還有個小客廳，2個行李箱打開完全沒問題，除了房內，飯店大廳還提供很多備品（與房內不同品牌的洗髮精、浴鹽、簡單的保養品等）、簡單的小點心、紅、白酒（不過沒吃過，不知口味如何），看海報還有一些免費設施可以預約（岩盤浴、卡拉OK那些），我們是沒運用，不知道實際使用會如何，此次的住宿含早餐，早餐也是蠻美味可口，整體住宿起來很舒適，而且離京成電鐵千葉中央站步行非常近，要轉乘至東京是方便的。
說完優點，來說說缺點😆首先，以房間的設備來看真的很有可能是日本人的“love hotel‘’，床旁柱子有薄紗可以放下（公主床？），卧室和浴室的燈光可以調整（氣氛？），飯店裡一直播放著巴里島氣氛的音樂，當然這是和我之前住宿過的飯店比較而來。整體住宿比較大的缺點是晚上出飯店後馬路二側整路站了滿滿的牛郎，雖然他們知道我們是外國人不會來招惹，但是要去車站附近的超商、店家，得硬著頭皮穿過他們，心裡還是覺得很有壓力，獨旅的女生如果計劃要住這個飯店，請務必將這個部分列入考量。

PPengguna Tetamu치바역에서 걸어서 10분 거리고 돈키호테에서 부터 요도비시 카메라에 나리타 공항까지 50분에서 1시간거리입니다. 거기에 주중은 잘 잡으면 2만원대까지 예약을 잡을 수 있고 음료 한병이 무료입니다. (현 시점에서) 만약에 치바대학이나 다른대학 (토도대학이라던지)에 일정 잡고 출장 가시면 상당히 괜찬습니다. 거기에 도쿄까지 여행 가신다면 치바역애서 60분에서 80분거리니 부좀함이 없으리라 보입니다. 강역시 추천합니다.

NNazanins diaryThis was my second time staying at Green Tower Makuhari, and once again I had a pleasant experience.
The location is excellent — it’s very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around.
One of the best parts is that Mitsui Outlet Park is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect for shopping and dining without needing to go far.
Transportation is also very convenient, with a direct subway/train keiyo line connection to Tokyo Disneyland and also goes directly to tokyo station as well , making this hotel a great choice for Disney visitors as well.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a great location, and the fact that I chose to stay here again says a lot. I would definitely recommend it for both leisure and short trips.

GGuest UserThe location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking.

PPengguna TetamuIt was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .

AAza_TcccThe location is fine, I booked this hotel for an event at Messe Hall. The bed was ok, but unfortunately the bathroom had leaking problems, there was always water on the floor.
