Hotel berhampiran Stesen Urawa, Saitama

The location is great just a few steps from the train station, and nearby a big mall ”AEON”. The self check-in and check-out, laundry machine, amenities, free coffee/tea and breakfast, and the room itself is perfect. This will be my choice again next time if I come back to this area.

Love my stay at this hotel with my families. The staff were very friendly in assisting us with all of our needs, and made sure our rooms are all on the same floor. The rooms are very clean and spacious, more spacious than the typical hotels we stay in Japan. Location of the hotel is very near the train station too.

Hotel location is great as near to plenty of shopping and foods places. Free breakfast is a plus and room is clean and comfortable, overall very satisfied with the stay at Omiya.

Very nice hotel. FREE Breakfasts!! View photos for the sample food. Got rotating type of food, since I was there for 5 days. Room is fit, able to open my luggage and slide under the bed. Got table. Smart toilet. Big flat Window can open a slide. Quite a walking distance, just straight, to saitama shintoshin station. family Mart is just next block. Ground floor / Lobby has all the services, including laundry, oven, hot water, vending machine. Opposite hotel is shopping mall name raccoon city. Quite big to walk.

カプセルホテルは初めてで 少し不安でしたが、スタッフの方がとても親切で 安心して過ごすことが出来ました。 部屋は清潔で隣の音も気にならず ゆっくり眠ることが出来ました。 寝具が快適で枕を選べるのも嬉しかったです。 また泊まりたいと思います、ありがとうございました。

Very good service. Reception really nice friendly and have service mind. Good staffs everyone always smile and help customers. Room is small anyway clean and all facilities in Super Hotel are perfect. Location is far from Omiya station walk about 15 minutes.

ด้วยราคาที่พักในโตเกียวแพงมาก เลยจัดไปแถว Omiya รร. Excel Inn Omiya ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ สะดวกมาก รร ใหญ่ ใหม่ สะอาด ห้องพักตามมาตรฐานญี่ปุ่น ถือว่าโอเคกับราคาเมื่อเทียบกับในโตเกียว มี Onsen ที่ชั้น 12 ให้บริการฟรี หน้าโรงแรมเป็นร้านสะดวกซื้อ ยิ่งสะดวกมากมาย

The place was clean. Everything was well-organized. Properly instructed about how to get the key and appreciate the guest/s registration and they prioritize the safety of their guest/s. Very convenient and accommodating especially for our last minute booking for our Obaachan’s funeral. Arigatogozaimuch 🙏🏼

さいたまスーパーアリーナでライブがあったので、その際の宿泊先として利用しました！ 周辺で安くて清潔そうなホテルでこちらが見つかりました！ 必要なアメニティは揃っているし、周辺にもコンビニや駅なので大きな建物もあるので利便性いいです！お部屋も綺麗です！ セミダブルの部屋だったのですが、ほぼベッドで埋まって床にスーツケースを広げたりは出来なかったです！

今回で３回目の利用(約１年間で)になります。 　　利用させていただいた理由　 ・車を利用するので駐車場：広く止め易い！ ・リーズナブルな価格設定　：なんと朝食(選べる定食)付き！！ ・施設　　　　　　　　　　　　：露天風呂あり！　自販機の商品価格→コンビニ並みです！ 　　　費用対効果は抜群！　　今後も機会あれば利用しますので、よろしくお願いいたします。
