We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki. The room was a great size, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. It was an excellent way to start each day. The staff were also wonderful—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kawasaki.

We gad a great stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Musashikosugi. Spacious rooms with great facilities. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Location is top notch, walking distance to train stations, excellent shops and restaurants. The provided buffet breakfast is good as well.

The room was very clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything arranged efficiently without feeling cramped. I especially appreciated how peaceful it was at night despite being so close to the airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, which is always important when catching an early flight.

I recently stayed at HOTEL Enmichi in Kawasaki and had a very comfortable experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk from both JR Kawasaki and Keikyu Kawasaki stations, so getting around was really easy and convenient.  The rooms were clean, modern, and had a cozy feel with thoughtful touches. Free Wi-Fi and amenities like bottled water in the fridge made the stay stress-free. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, and check-in/check-out was smooth.  I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant downstairs, where the food was tasty with good variety — especially nice for a casual meal before/after exploring the city.  Overall, it felt like excellent value — clean spaces, friendly service, and a solid location for exploring Kawasaki or even heading into Tokyo. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays!

A charming small hotel with a Japanese-style atmosphere. Located in a residential district of Kawasaki, about a 10-minute walk from the train and metro stations. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style, featuring a raised futon bed. The large bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a Japanese kimono for walking around the property are provided in the room. The hotel does not have a traditional reception desk. On the ground floor, there's a cozy lounge where breakfast is served (simple pre-set meals—miso soup and a rice sandwich). A unique feature is the 24-hour access to a selection of several types of sake, drinks, juices, craft beer, and hot snacks in the hotel lobby—all included in the room rate. In summary, a modern hotel with authentic Japanese flair and the added bonus of free sake tasting. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location next to JR and Keikyu train stations for travellers. Several restaurants located within the building, walking distance to shopping centres and underground streets. Hotel staffs were friendly and daily room clean up service upon request. It’s also good to mention that a self serve coffee machine, ice machine and hot water with tea bags are available at the lift lobby 😀😀😀😀.

I had a pleasant experience during my visit. The service was smooth and the staff were helpful and polite. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, which made the whole stay more enjoyable. The food was also satisfying with good variety and taste. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would recommend it to others.

Compared to the one in Ueno station, it can't compete. I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a little strange.Considering this is the first time it ever happened to me. And I've traveled around many countries can't think of a single one.That wouldn't let me just store my bags in the behind the counter and then let me check in later. Everybody was very polite and nice and the guy would even use his translator to tell me about the company policy. I think this place must be pretty new.So the owner is running it by the book. Overall I still enjoyed it tho!

The hotel is a bit far away from the central station and its entrance is old fashioned but the inside is clean and comfortable. Served breakfast is fresh and healthy but has an atmosphere of blue colored workers among the visitors. Almost all the signatures in English are wrongly used so foreigners cannot understand what is described.
