Hotel berhampiran Stesen Ōgimachi, Kawasaki

The hotel exceeded our expectations. 1. The location is convenient: JR station is within 4-5 min walking distance from the hotel. JR lines can take you to the center of Tokyo in 15 min; to Yokohama in 12-15 min. Multiple shopping malls and supermarkets are within 1-2 min walk. 2. If you are lucky enough you can see Mount Fuji from the hotel. 3. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. 4. Rooms are larger than in APA hotels. 5. The staff is always eager to help. Really recommend staying here when you are in Tokyo.

The room was very clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything arranged efficiently without feeling cramped. I especially appreciated how peaceful it was at night despite being so close to the airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, which is always important when catching an early flight.

A charming small hotel with a Japanese-style atmosphere. Located in a residential district of Kawasaki, about a 10-minute walk from the train and metro stations. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style, featuring a raised futon bed. The large bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a Japanese kimono for walking around the property are provided in the room. The hotel does not have a traditional reception desk. On the ground floor, there's a cozy lounge where breakfast is served (simple pre-set meals—miso soup and a rice sandwich). A unique feature is the 24-hour access to a selection of several types of sake, drinks, juices, craft beer, and hot snacks in the hotel lobby—all included in the room rate. In summary, a modern hotel with authentic Japanese flair and the added bonus of free sake tasting. Highly recommended.

This is my second trip to Japan and my first time staying at Keikyu Ex Inn Kawasaki in Kawasaki. It was an amazing stay. Close to the train and Haneda Airport. It was the perfect home base for me. I was able to go into Tokyo, Saitama, Yokohama & take day trips to explore. I would like to thank Yamasaki for her kindness during my stay. I really enjoyed talking with her. She made me feel at home. I stayed for 12 nights and she made me feel so welcome there. The other front desk staff were wonderful too. I did not get all their names but one gentlemen was so kind to take some clothing items and a pair of boots of mine that did not fit in my luggage and dispose of them. I wanted to donate it but there was no place to do that close by. I felt so welcomed there and at home. The amenities such as coffee & teas 24hrs were a nice bonus too. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my families & friends. I will definitely be back on my next visit in the winter season. I hope to see Yamasaki again too. Such a lovely lady.

Location 10/10 Bed, room size 10/10 Staff 10/10 lovely staff, special thanks to ladies at desk that helped me dialing some Japanese numbers, arigato gozaimashita 🙇🏻♂️ Laundromat 2/10 it gets the job done but the room was extremely small and uneasy to move around. Tap water onsen 1/10 the water is basically way too dirty, clearly customers of this hotel doesn't respect to policy of ”shower first” part. You can actually see particles of chemicals floating by in the water, the water of this one was the worst I've experienced in all over Japan. So, don't pick this hotel for their onsen, it was a disappointment during my 3 nights stay. I've been to more crowded hotels and onsens never seen such a dirty water. Would I come back to this hotel tho? I'd come back to this hotel for it's price-performance ratio. I think for it's price and what it has to offer, still worth it.

Booked the hotel to be near to Haneda Airport for an early morning flight. Everything is good, no issue. The taxi to Haneda is about 4000 yen and took about 15 mins.

Compared to the one in Ueno station, it can't compete. I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a little strange.Considering this is the first time it ever happened to me. And I've traveled around many countries can't think of a single one.That wouldn't let me just store my bags in the behind the counter and then let me check in later. Everybody was very polite and nice and the guy would even use his translator to tell me about the company policy. I think this place must be pretty new.So the owner is running it by the book. Overall I still enjoyed it tho!

Flexstay Inn Kawasaki is located just under 1 km from Kawasaki Train Station. On the day that I arrived, I ended up being late due to travel from the previous location. I contacted Flexstay prior to make this arrangement and they were very accommodating allowing me to check-in at 11pm. The Hotel is very close to convenience stores or if you want to choose from a range of restaurants, they are all within walking distance, as are a range of different shops for those wanting a shopping experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was standard size with a TV, microwave, mini fridge and WiFi. I would have liked to have had access to an electric kettle, rather than one that sat on a cooktop. The bathroom was a toilet / bath / shower combined and body wash / shampoo and conditioner were all provided. I appreciated that staff allowed me to have a parcel sent to the Hotel that they held onto and provided me with a note, letting me know that it could be collected at the check-in desk. There was an issue with the hand basin not allowing the water to drain correctly, but as soon as I notified staff, it was rectified straight away. As the Hotel is close to a busy intersection, just be aware that there is noise from traffic throughout the day and night.

Good location, a few minutes walk from Kawasaki station, there are restaurants and convenience shops along the way, l have the issue with the room key, the guests have to leave the room key to the front desk every time when going out of the hotel, it is inconvenient, and the hotel should have a obvious sign for the guests how to take the elevator (in the parking lot) to access the hotel lobby, when I first arrived the place, I was staring the steps don’t know what to do, l was tired from a long flight, luckily a staff member was on the way out, so he helped me to lift the suitcase, that was very nice of him.
