Hotel berhampiran Arboretum Cheollipo, Taean-gun

I arrived by bus from Taean Terminal and it was dark, but still it was beautiful. A miscommunication with the bus driver got me off quite far from the intended bus station, but the weather was cool and I was up for some walking. Very cozy minimalist room, an equipped kitchen, basic bathroom amenities and warm but soft blanket, I couldn’t ask for more. The surrounding is very quiet and scenic, you can see the sunset across the main road, and sunrise if you walk out towards left from this Pension. I would recommend this place for family getaways or even solo travellers who need some peace and quiet with a beautiful view. I really enjoyed my stay and the owners were very welcoming. They have a huge cat so remember to pet and befriend it!

It was so peaceful and clean. The place is so green n beautiful; lush green fields. There were 2 rooms and 1 living room. Living room had dining table , tv n nice sofa. There was one centralized AC and they gave us 2 fans. One room had bed and other had ondol floor. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils and they all were clean. They had rice cooker, oven, washing machine, induction stove, sink. They gave tooth paste but bring your own tooth brush. One washroom and 4 towels were provided. The owner were very nice and they had very cute dog. Overall very nice experience.

My wife and I spent one overnight stay here on August 28, 2023, on the way to another destination. The first impression inside the room was that everything was clean. The interior was decorated with sensual, sophisticated touches and cozy. Also, everything external to the building, including a swimming pool, was well maintained. We spent most of the afternoon and evening at the swimming pool for swimming and poolside steak grilling. The property owner and his wife were amiable and made us feel right at home, providing us with utensils and cooking ingredients for a poolside grilling. The outside view from the room through the big glass wall was just eye-refreshing and spectacular. In addition, on the day of departure, the owner and his wife came for a farewell, and my wife and I felt we were leaving long-time friends even though we spent only a night there. Thanks to the lodging owner and his wife's careful consideration, my wife and I were 200% satisfied with everything, and we had a blast and relaxation. Thanks for everything you have done for us. We will revisit you.

The house and the amenities were very clean. The location is super closed to the famous beach and a convenience store. On top of all you get the best host: helpful, friendly and generous. I had a really good time and absolutely recommend staying there.

The place is great and it's at the right location. The slide pool is really nice, but could have been better if the hours were a lot longer. The beach is just a 3 minute walk and a awesome experience to try out digging for clams. Overall it's a great place and experience.

남싸장님이 친절하신데 도어락 키가 하나뿐이라 죄송스럽게 새벽에 편의점이나 잠깐 외출시 가족이 잠든사이 나가려니 ㅠㅠ 에어컨이 꺼져서 키를 뽑지도 못 하겠고.. 할 수 없이 사장님께 부탁을 하게되더라구요.. 그런점이 불편한거 빼곤.. 괜찮았습니다!! 항구근처라 기사식당 비슷한 식당들도 많고 현지맛집이랄까... ㅎㅎ 걸어서 5분거리 편의점이 종류별로 다 있어서 야식도 걱정없더라구요.. 단 ㅠㅠ 에어컨이 낮에는 방이 너무 더워서 29도 이하로 내려가는데 3시간이 넘게 걸렸어요(저녁되니 시원해짐...) 일회용품은 치약칫솔 2세트 주셨고 미니 비누 작은거 있어요 !! 바디워시 샴푸 린스 드라이기는 배치되어 있습니다.^^ 샤워 타월 없으니 챙겨가세요 ㅎㅎ

남해안에 해루질 다니다가 서해에 한 번 가보고 싶어서 몽산포로 떠났어요 숙소는 몽산포항 바로 앞이구요 진짜 바다 코 앞이예요. 1층으로 예약했더니 테라스쪽에서 방으로도 출입가능했구요 꽤 편했습니다. 시설이 좋거나 잘 구비되어 있지는 않았지만 기본적으로 있는 건 있었어요(냄비1 후라이팬1 그릇 컵 칼 가위 드라이기 샴푸 바디워시 린스 수저) 넷플은 안됐고 냉장고 냉동실 성능 좋았습니다. 침대와 침구는 폭닥하니 좋았습니다. 그리고 밤에 보일러를 틀어주시더라구요. 첨엔 5월에 보일러라니 했는데 해루질 다녀오니 너무 추웠고 보일러가 넘 감사했어요. 2박했는데 청소나 수건은 따로 안주셔서 요청 했어요. 시설,관리 기대만 안하시고 오시면 될 것 같아요.

We stayed in a non-smoking room and that was good. There was a smoke smell in the hallway but there was no smell in the room which was good. It was very close to the bus terminal which was very convenient as we arrived after 9 pm at night. There were many nearby places where we could get food to eat. Check in was easy as we had prepaid. The room was more spacious than many we have stayed in, and it was good having a separate seating area with a sofa and table. It was a good firm bed. We left early the next morning to our next destination.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. I reserved the ”private” room with 2 beds. The view from the balcony was nice. It had a cold fridge with 4 waters included, soap, toothpaste, etc.. anything that is needed was already included. Would recommend and would stay again.
