The most amazing hotel. Beautiful interior and exterior. Great views. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Gym/swim and great facilities in general. I will certainly be choosing this hotel every time I visit Busan from now. Amazing place to stay.

I stayed in a Standard Single Non-Smoking room for one night. The service and cleanliness were consistently excellent, as expected from a Japanese hotel chain. Like most Japanese hotels, the room is compact but has everything you need. The location is unbeatable—it’s right across the street from Busan Station, making it incredibly easy to catch the metro for my flight the next morning.

We had such a positive experience staying here last March that we booked another stay for December, drawn back primarily by the excellent location. Unfortunately, our second visit was quite disappointing as the rooms were showing significant signs of neglect, including mould growth throughout the space. While the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us, the overall condition left much to be desired. The bathroom in particular is in urgent need of upgrades, and the lack of adequate table space was a major inconvenience. We struggled to find places to keep our belongings, with only a small front table available. This led to us having to charge our devices on the floor, which created a tripping hazard near the power sockets; adding to the problem, the sockets were inconsistent, with some being loose or non-functional, meaning we had to test each one to find those that worked. The property appears to be falling into disrepair in several areas. The bathroom doors were misaligned with nails sticking out, and the floors had uneven bumps that could become dangerous if they wear down and expose sharp edges. On the positive side, the location remains incredibly convenient. It's just a two-minute walk from Nampo Station, Exit 3. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is also helpful for travellers, though there are limitations here too. The facilities are only accessible until 9pm, which clashes with the schedule of many guests who return later in the evening, shower, and then the need to do laundry. With only one machine and one dryer available, wait times are often long, and by the time it’s our turn, it’s nearly time for the facilities to close. Adding more machines or extending the operating hours would make a significant difference to guest comfort. We sincerely hope the hotel invests in renovation and regular maintenance work soon. The property has great potential thanks to its prime location, but without proper upkeep, it risks becoming unsafe and unappealing for visitors.

Saya berkunjung ke Busan untuk menghadiri majlis perkahwinan bersama anak-anak. Memandangkan ia adalah perjalanan yang jauh, sukar untuk dikunjungi pada hari yang sama, dan sudah agak lama saya tidak mengunjungi Busan, jadi saya melawat beberapa tempat awam yang terkenal. Saya membuat tempahan dengan niat untuk melawat. Terima kasih atas sambutan mesra anda di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Ia sangat menyenangkan dan saya telah diberikan bilik tingkat tinggi dengan pemandangan yang hebat. Sarapan pagi yang lazat dan saya mempunyai rehat malam yang baik.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont très grandes et pratiques. J’ai passé deux jours à pouvoir me détendre. La réceptionniste s’est donné tout la peine possible pour répondre à mes questions et m’aider . Très gentille.

Great location, within a 5–10 minute walk from Jagalchi Station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The room was a bit compact and felt slightly dated, but it was clean and well maintained. The view was nice, and water pressure was good. Soundproofing could be improved, as some noise was noticeable. Staff were friendly.

Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!

Room big enough for 2 people however do mind that you can open luggage but there is not much space to roam about .

Fantastic, location, beautiful and new. Very comfortable beds. Spacious room. Fresh full size towels daily. Down side, the washer and dryer (listed in room features) were not plumbed in yet! Booked here because it was a feature important to my family. We also had an issue with the drain in the bathroom( water buildup in the bathtub when taking a shower) whilst very kind and an attempt was made to rectify the issue no alternative room was offered. Being a new hotel there are bound to be a few teething issues. Overall it was a great place to stay, super close to the metro and evening street food! I would stay again.

Отель удачно расположен. Достопримечательности рядом, вокруг много кафе, магазинов, удобная транспортная развязка, ж/д вокзал в 30 минутах пешком. В комнате есть все необходимое для проживания. Уборка могла бы быть лучше, замечены предметы, оставленные предыдущими постояльцами. В ванной 4 полотенца, но все они маленькие 30х40 см. Очень не хватало хотя бы одного большого, у меня длинные волосы.
