I had a really great stay here. I was hesitant to book hostels because it was my first time traveling solo, but this place is the place to be. I love the lounge area because the area is big and comfortably welcomes you. The room I had stayed in was the 8 bunk bed room and it was really spacious inside. I requested a bottom bunk bed and I was accommodated with it. The bunk beds were spacious as well, but the wifi was kinda laggy in our room.
There's also a GS25 just across the street. The only think I'm sad about is the lack of laundry facility.
But overall, I would recommend this place, and I would also book here again some time in the future.

Easy to find and smooth checkin. Great location. Across the road from the beach. Had a great view of the beridge and drone show from our balcony and the beautiful sunrise each morning.
Lots of great bars , restaurants and convenience stores in the areas. Metro and buses are easy walking distance.
Bed was comfortable. They provided towels each day and cleaned once per 4 day stay, which is fine.
Bathroom is tiny. Need to suck in your stomach to get in shower and close the door . No bath towels provided just small hand towels which was manageable .
Unit has a cloth washing machine . It would have been nice to be provided some fdetergent but you can get some at the convenience store across the street. There is one power outlet in the whole place but they provide you a long extension cord.

숙소는 깨끗했는데...화장실 환풍기를 트니깐 담배냄새가 엄청 들어왔어요ㅠㅠ난방은 잘 되서 따뜻했어요.♥︎ 광안리 해변 근처여서 위치는 좋았어요~~차 안끌고 오기를 잘한 것 같아요 주차가 타워이고 유료주차입니다. 근데 트립 호텔 설명에는 주차 관해서 설명이 없네요. 종이 받고 나서 알게됬어요 좀 당황스러웠어요~

Amazing hostel (more like a 4 Star hotel). All amenities you can imagine and really good gym. The only cons is that is not in Busan downtown (I thought it was when I booked), but to be honest after staying not regrets at all, I both recommend it and would definitely come back. Thanks!

Very old hotel. Power break down on my 2nd day. The hotel dont even have a proper technicial. One of the front dest actually come to help but dont really understand. Lucky i am an engineer that know abit electrical work and help the poor front dest solve the problem

進門後玄關還有個門，很保障安全私密性。牙刷🪥，牙膏也有，還有個衣物護理機（出去遊玩回酒店後，可以在裏面進行除菌消毒）。早餐的話可以烤麪包片，然後用牛奶泡脆片（種類很少，不過包餐🍞已經很可以了，對於一個人旅行很節約錢哈哈哈）。特別注意就是18:00後入住（人工您五點多到空房充足的話也可以提前入住），插頭🔌也是通用的。如果想要打掃衞生的話，記得跟前台説一聲。

O hotel é bom, mas foi complicado encontrar o andar certo já que a placa com o nome era minúscula. Ele fica no prédio A, terceiro andar e o quarto não era o mesmo das fotos, ficamos em um quarto sem vista e bem menos do que o esperado. A parte boa é que é de frente pra praia (sem vista) e tem o CU no térreo é um G20 do outro lado da rua, além de ótimos restaurantes ao redor.

PPengguna TetamuJust a minute from the subway and convenient to go to any attractions in Haeundae. However, it takes plenty of time to get a lift up or down as too many hotel guests share in the same building. As such, it is not easy to get in the lift particularly during the peak hours. The hotel room size is average but the blanket is a bit hot to cover. We were staying 2 nights there, the 1st night is so far so good. However the 2nd night is a nightmare and we could not slept for the entire night. As the stove ventilation pipe has ”tart tart” sound continously since 23:05 till more than an hour. We have not used it before but the sound came out suddenly. However, the receptionist desk closed since 23:00 so we have no way to voice out our condition. Honestly, we will not put it in our list in the future.

Sstev.changI stayed in a Standard Single Non-Smoking room for one night. The service and cleanliness were consistently excellent, as expected from a Japanese hotel chain. Like most Japanese hotels, the room is compact but has everything you need.
The location is unbeatable—it’s right across the street from Busan Station, making it incredibly easy to catch the metro for my flight the next morning.

MmelissasunshineWe had such a positive experience staying here last March that we booked another stay for December, drawn back primarily by the excellent location. Unfortunately, our second visit was quite disappointing as the rooms were showing significant signs of neglect, including mould growth throughout the space.
While the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us, the overall condition left much to be desired. The bathroom in particular is in urgent need of upgrades, and the lack of adequate table space was a major inconvenience. We struggled to find places to keep our belongings, with only a small front table available. This led to us having to charge our devices on the floor, which created a tripping hazard near the power sockets; adding to the problem, the sockets were inconsistent, with some being loose or non-functional, meaning we had to test each one to find those that worked.
The property appears to be falling into disrepair in several areas. The bathroom doors were misaligned with nails sticking out, and the floors had uneven bumps that could become dangerous if they wear down and expose sharp edges.
On the positive side, the location remains incredibly convenient. It's just a two-minute walk from Nampo Station, Exit 3. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is also helpful for travellers, though there are limitations here too. The facilities are only accessible until 9pm, which clashes with the schedule of many guests who return later in the evening, shower, and then the need to do laundry. With only one machine and one dryer available, wait times are often long, and by the time it’s our turn, it’s nearly time for the facilities to close. Adding more machines or extending the operating hours would make a significant difference to guest comfort.
We sincerely hope the hotel invests in renovation and regular maintenance work soon. The property has great potential thanks to its prime location, but without proper upkeep, it risks becoming unsafe and unappealing for visitors.

PPengguna TetamuRoom – The room is amazing, with plenty of space for the two of us. We each have our own bedroom, which is great. The only downside is that the toilet is located inside one of the bedrooms, so if your friend needs to use it in the middle of the night, it might wake you up.
Kitchen – The kitchen looks very fancy and fully equipped at first glance, but surprisingly there’s no kitchenware at all. No plates, forks, spoons, or cups. We had to buy our own. There’s also a stove, but no pans, so cooking isn’t really possible. You can only reheat food using the microwave or oven.
Laundry – A washing machine and dryer are provided in the room, which is very convenient.
Balcony – The room also has a nice balcony, which is a lovely bonus.
Staff – Most of the staff are friendly

I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.
