beautiful hotel! the staff was very friendly even though i showed up with a big dirty backpack and a tent. the room was gorgeous and felt high quality, especially the bathroom. the balcony had a view of both the sea and the mountains. perfect stay!

담모라 리조트의 치킨집에서 찍은 사진입니다. 숙소 처음왔는데 방 가는 방법같은 안내는 불친절했습니다. 체크인시간 10분전에 도착했는데 시간 맞춰오라해서 한참 기다리고 들어가니 막상 안계셔서 황당했습니다. 시설은 낡았지만 객실은 청결했습니다. 탄산온천때문에 방문한 숙소인데 흠 ㅠㅠ

Hotel room was spacious and as per description. The convenience store at the hotel made things much better given that the location is quite secluded. If you value the nature and be away from the hustle of the city, this is a beautiful place to stay. It is a stone throw from Osulloc tea museum and Innisfree house, as well as a few other attractions.

but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with ****** business for adult who fond to it.
1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift.
2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000!

Loved this hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and really made the place. The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The view is spectacular and it’s really peaceful. The pool area is lovely!
It’s 10k per hour for late checkout and they have full sized towels which seems to be rare in Korea. The breakfast was simple but decent, even for me with a gluten intolerance. Although the location isn’t great, they do have their own little Convenience store setup in the lobby to grab some drinks and snacks. The walk into town is about 15/20 minutes but there’s not much going on around there.

조용하고 깔끔한 분위기에 직원분들도 친절하시고, 무엇보다 전망이 정말 예쁘고, 부대시설도 좋았습니다.
인테리어가 정말 인상적이었어요♡
이번엔 일정상 2박만 했지만, 다음에 제주도에 오면 전 일정 숙박을 여기서 하고 싶을 만큼 만족스러웠습니다.
개인적으로는 신화월드보다 훨씬 편안하고 감성적인 숙소였어요.
휴식이 필요할 때 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다.
아이도 다녀온 후에 이 곳에서의 기억을 계속 꺼내더라구요 🥰

Had a great stay in Jeju. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, making it suitable for both families and couples. The hotel have outlets for May different type of brands, good for shopping. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

CCY TanMy stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave.
One of the highlights of the stay was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the serene atmosphere of Jeju. The facilities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated to provide both comfort and luxury.
The dining experience was equally impressive, with a great variety of high-quality options that catered to different tastes. Breakfast, in particular, was a delight and a great way to start each day.
Overall, Parnas Hotel Jeju offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and scenic beauty. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju, whether for a relaxing getaway or a special occasion. I would definitely return again.

EExpatI really liked the property of the venue. I came to the area later in the day because it was raining on the island. Because I was in the midst of a circle around the island, I had already dealt with a rain storm at the folk Village and just needed to eat or clean up. I needed tea and a space to relax.
There’s a plaza about five minutes walking from this property, and some of the amenities were closed at Playce when I arrived. I was also told at check-in that it was more like a hostel. The check-in process was fast.  The room space is very small, but the design of the hotel rooms is neat and functional. Unfortunately, there’s no luggage rack, and there are limited hours for the café, laundry, play, and bar restaurant. I had two suitcases, so I used my bed and a MacGyver way to set the carry-on.
 I think this place is best suited for remote workers who are minimalists or trekkers/bikers. I still think the concept of Playce is unique. However, I wanted to go see the sunrise on the Ilchulbong hike and there’s no breakfast early in the morning. The coffee shop is not open until later either. The restaurant opens promptly at dinner time. The shop has very nice branded things, but I chose to purchase a couple of basic souvenirs. I felt a sense of hipster basically. Otherwise, the place is great. Price is best.
 Although the staff was very friendly and had lots of information, I do not feel that describing the venue as a hostel was appropriate. If I cannot get my tea or coffee when the popular attraction nearby is a 40 minute walk away or a five minute taxi, then I should at least have the option that a hostel does. This means I had to utilize the coffee that I took from the previous hotel in order to make my morning start the best at sunrise..
It was suggested that I go to a restaurant locally across the street by Starbucks at the 4pm check-in since the restaurant was not open until 6 PM. Even if I had my own snacks, the option I had was to use the hot water machine downstairs. Thinking back to a hostel, I did not have the hostel kitchen. The laundry was available if needed though.
 What I liked about this Playce despite the fact that it was a rainy day is the feature of the stage in the middle of the property and the fact that they do events locally on a regular basis. I liked the interior decorating and I did like the fact that they had a library/remote workers room.
The food at the restaurant was delicious. When I did get to eat breakfast later in the morning after the hike (the hike spot had local shops), it was really good. When the café did eventually open, it was a very nice space. Food service literally saved my opinion late in the morning.
 I like the concept of the whole property and feel that it can do better in accommodating the hotel guests, especially when it is a Chinese holiday revolving around an upcoming Korean holiday. Hours of operation are not in sync with travelers, and it is definitely not with hostel amenities. It’s a hotel.  I stayed at this location because of the price and vibe which was quite fine after 6pm. I really enjoyed the hike and the small village near the shore.

One thing that I'm not too happy is they put me in level 2 room, which is next to store room. There's loud noise in early morning and late night, affecting the rest quality.

PPengguna TetamuWe were quite disappointed upon arrival. We had specifically booked a mountain view room, but were given a city view room with mountains in the distant background—a view that looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s room listing.
When we raised this with the front desk and showed them the discrepancy using a photo comparison (our view vs. the advertised one), we were told that the building had been constructed recently and the room photos hadn’t been updated. However, the buildings obstructing our view clearly appeared not to be new, making that explanation unconvincing.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of any effort to rectify the situation. The hotel could have at least offered us an alternative room, even a cheaper one with partial sea and mountain views, but this wasn’t done. We ended up paying a premium for a view that didn’t meet expectations, and left feeling misled.
Parking
The listing stated free parking, but both nights, the hotel car park was full. We had to park in public areas, and one night, we ended up parking at the roadside due to a lack of space. As foreigners unfamiliar with Korean parking regulations, this caused unnecessary stress—we were worried about the risk of parking fines for potentially illegal parking.
Other Concerns
There seemed to be extra charges for everything. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided each night. When we went to the lobby to ask for two paper cups, we were told we had to pay for them. Fortunately, this charge was waived—possibly because they were aware of our parking issue—but it still left a negative impression.

The room was spacious and clean, and surprisingly quiet at night despite being close to busy streets. The hotel has parking, but it was full a couple of times; it seemed to be occupied by cars not belonging to the hotel. There's a mini-bar on the ground floor, which is very convenient, as well as washers and dryers.

PPengguna Tetamu객실이 아주 넓고 침실3개 화장실도 3개라 너무 편하네요. 딸 아이 세 명 데리고 가족 휴가 왔는데 저렴한 가격에 아주 만족합니다. 딱 한 가지, 전반적으로 청결하지만 바닥 청소를 조금 더 깨끗하게 해주시면 완벽하겠습니다. 수고하세요.

PPengguna TetamuGood and connvenient location, helpful staff. Parking is limited but there is free overnight parking at the nearby garage. room is clean and good for a solo traveller. However, the walls are rather thin? I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. they also only provide 2 small towels, no normal / large towel. The aircon also does not work during winter (nov-mar) so i had to open the windows but it’s fine.

LLow HLocation is quite good but need to be careful as there are 3 Shin Shin hotels very closed to each other. Room is clean and spacious but bed is not very comfortable for me. Appreciate that there is washing machine and fridge there. Car park was very small but we could park opposite the hotel, FOC. Overall, a nice stay!

KKai Szetoroom was clean and spacious for 3 adults. if driving, free parking available and self check in/out through a machine at the carpark lobby. Bottles of water provided every day based on number of pax.
location is good, with a nearby local market with plenty of food. quite centralised, distance to hallim/ udo/ gapado are averaged 1hr drive away.
Downside: there was only small face towels in the room, no normal big size towels. Probably bring your own towels.

WWandy goI had a wonderful stay at Ocean Blue Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and wellequipped, great value for the price. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation.
Waking up to the sunrise and ocean view from the balcony was truly the highlight of my stay. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm side of Jeju.
