Hotel berhampiran Jinwi-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si

I recently stayed at a charming Japanese hotel that completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, everything felt thoughtfully designed — clean lines, calming lighting, and that quiet, peaceful atmosphere Japan does so well. The room itself was compact but perfectly arranged, with every detail serving a purpose. The highlight, without question, was the massage chair. After long days of exploring, sinking into that chair felt like pure heaven. It was surprisingly high quality, with multiple settings that genuinely helped me relax and recharge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Soft pajamas were provided, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were polite, efficient, and respectful of privacy, which made the stay even smoother. It’s one of those places where you can truly unwind without any distractions. That said, there was one… unusual moment. Around midnight, I woke up suddenly and noticed something in the window. For a brief second, it looked like a shadow forming into a red, skull-like shape, almost as if it was hovering just beyond the glass. It disappeared as quickly as I focused on it, leaving me unsure if I was dreaming or just disoriented from sleep. The stillness of the room afterward made it feel even more surreal. Despite that strange experience, it didn’t take away from the overall stay. If anything, it made the night oddly memorable. Between the incredible comfort, the relaxing massage chair, and the peaceful atmosphere, I would absolutely stay here again. A perfect experience with just a hint of mystery to keep things interesting.

It's a typical Korean hotel that great for few nights stay or one night stand. Super fast check in. The location is close to subway station and major roads. The hotel building was very impressive apprear high end than most hotels in the area and has many parking spots. Inside the room is even more impressive just like the photo advised. Clean and has a large tv. I wish i had known this hotel earlier. However, it offer complimentary water only and instant coffee unlike other hotels in the area that has juices and snacks.

For a last minute booking the hotel was very accommodating. I was a bit skeptical with the first impression of the lobby giving a very motel vibe, as I went to my floor I was quite surprised as the look of the hallway was quite different than what I expected. Entering my room, I felt a very cozy and welcoming feeling (keep in mind). I do live in an apartment in another city in South Korea so I am used to the layouts of Korea apartments and I can say that the room was more of a studio type room with furniture than a hotel which for makes it more homey. Entering the room, they already provide indoor slippers. The layout with table and chairs and sink (what used to be a cooking area) gives it the studio apartment feeling. Very spacious and open and the TV (huge) is bigger than what most 5 star elegant hotels have. The bidet is on point and shower is a modern concept. They also provide a transformer for those who require or have electronics that require 110v charge.

I recently stayed at songtan number 25 hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the excellent quality of the linens. The view from my room was outstanding, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch and well-kept. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious selection of dishes, and the service was prompt and courteous. Overall, I highly recommend songtan number 25 for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

So basically this hotel is perfect for couples because you can sneak away from the family and have a good time and there’s so much privacy. It’s not even funny.

Hotel is in a good location nearby Pyeongtaek station. Room needed some TLC as caulking looked moldy and light in bathroom was out. It was also odd that they left us one towel for 2 guests.

If you booked deluxe double but they would upgrade your room to the higher and more spacious room since you customers are so pretty and beautiful (which is so inappropriate for a hotel service person to say), do not upgrade it because it is actually a downgraded room with possible smoking smell. The higher level and spacious room will be old, smelly and not so clean. I asked the front desk to move back to the original room that I booked because I couldn’t stand the smoke smell. When I moved to the new clean deluxe room I booked, I was so baffled as to why they in the first place offered a shitty room and say it’s an upgrade. Did they want to save our deluxe room and use it for another customer? Or were they just lazy to clean up after us so left the room untouched? If it weren’t for me to ask them to move back to my original reservation, I would’ve had paid a wrong amount for a wrong room and a wrong experience… also, the check out is 12pm when the app says it’s 1pm.

It was very good impression as my 1st times visiting in Korea because the hotel staffs were incredible friendly and helpful. However this is very difficult to get taxi as industry area. Overall is good for me and the hotel is valueable to stay.

This hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the bus station. There are many restaurants nearby and a large shopping mall within about 10 minutes walking. Check in and out was a very simple process. Front desk not staffed full time after 5. Friendly front desk staff though even though we had a language barrier. He was able to use the translator to help me book a taxi. Large rooms.

Great hotel, the spa suite tub is huge! Could fit in it side by side no problem! Only thing is they only stock the room with 1 large towel, so make sure when you arrive to ask for another large towel, and get one every morning if staying multiple days. Downtown of Pyeongtaek is only about 15 min drive. Taxis are hard to order since the hotel is located on the outer ends of the city. Great hotel all in all. Make sure tobhave google translator app on your phone for easier conversations and questions.
