I recently stayed at this Stubborn hotel in Geoje Busan, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
Upon arrival, there was not a single staff member at the hotel — not even one. The property relies entirely on a self check-in machine, which unfortunately did not work with my Trip.com booking number. To make matters worse, there was no advance or welcome email with instructions, leaving me completely lost.
After spending about 30 minutes searching for help, I finally managed to find a hotel hotline. When I called, the experience didn’t improve — the staff struggled to communicate in basic English, even counting numbers was unclear, which made the process even more frustrating.
Finally getting into the room didn’t bring relief either. The bathroom design was shocking — the shower head was installed directly in the basin. Yes, in the sink. It felt completely impractical and honestly quite unsettling.
Overall, this stay was stressful from start to finish. Lack of support, poor communication, and bizarre room design made it a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended unless major improvements are made.
