"The hotel was nice despite the fact that it's quite far and secluded from other place. The service was good too. We had a decent stay here. The price is cheaper compared to the ones at alpensia and yongpyong resort."

"호텔의 위치이 적절하고 내부 구조나 수납공간이나 큰 냉장고, 마이크로웨이브 조리기, 인덕션 구비등이 효율적이였고 WiFi도 구비되어 있고, 직원분듥도 친절했다. 몇가지 아쉬운 점이 있다. 1. 호실당 카드키가 1개만 있었는데, 2개면 더욱 좋겠다. 2. 양일중 하루는 야간에 WiFi전송속도가 급격하게 하락하였다. 대역폭을 늘렸으면 좋겠다. 3. 보이는 곳은 청결도가 유지되고 있는데, 보이지 않는 곳에는 먼지투성이였다. 특히 마이크로 웨이브 조리기 뒷쪽 공간이나 아래에는 쌓인 먼지가 상당했다. 보이지 않는 곳도 개끗하게 청소했으면 좋겠다. 4. 인덕션, 마이크로웨이브 조리기가 완비되어 있는데, 조리도구, 접시 등을 개인이 준비해와야 했는데, 호텔에게 요청하는 고객에게 저당한 가격에 제공하면 더욱 좋을 듯 하다."

"We went skiing at Alpensia and stayed at this hotel. The front desk helped us book a taxi for around 13,000 won one way, which was very convenient. The room was very spacious and clean. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to find food and drinks. Overall, a very comfortable stay."

"숙소상태가 너무나도 좋습니다. best of best 단, bbq할때 연기가 들어가는점 조심하는것과 인근에서 크게 뭐할게 없을수 있습니다 대신, 숙소컨디션이 진짜 좋습니다 수건부터 세면도구에 침구류도 냄새도 안나고 폭신하고 무드있고 쇼파도 푹신하고 까진데없고 이용시설시간도 합리적이었습니다. 특히, 우기때 완전야외도 아니라서 bbq도 좋았고 방음이 진짜 잘되는편이라 맘편히 놀아도 이웃?에게 민폐끼칠 걱정이없더라구요 5명이서 잘묵고 갑니디"

"The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski."

"이번 겨울 스키 여행에서 머문 숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 감동받았습니다. 눈 쌓인 풍경을 보며 스키 타고 돌아와서도 방 안이 항상 산뜻하게 유지되어 있었고, 침구류나 어메니티 하나하나까지 신경 쓴 흔적이 보여서 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 스키 타러 올 때 무조건 여기로 예약할 계획입니다."

"A great location where the food restaurants , bus terminal, supermarket and the ski resort shuttle bus are very near at the hotel . Strongly recommend this hotel for tourists who plan to visit here ."
