Hotel berhampiran Stesen Sunae, Seongnam-si

A very clean hotel room, very nice sized bathroom and bedroom. It was all very clean and much better than the two star rating had led me to believe. The front desk was very friendly and spoke English. The location was great for me, but I can imagine it’s not so convenient if you want to go into the center of Seoul. The subway is close by however.

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

It’s a good hotel, the staff are attentive and helpful and the afternoon tea and happy hour (as part of the executive premium package) were great. Breakfast was standard but slightly less quality than some of the other Courtyard properties in Seoul but over it was a great stay. Would recommend it.

우선 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 모란역 2번 출구에서 아주 가까워서 이동하기 너무 편리하고요. 주변에 먹거리가 많아서 편하더라고요. 호텔 방도 비교적 깨끗하고, 방에 TV도 크고 시청 프로그램도 많아서 좋았어요. 다음에도 다시 찾을 것 같아요…

This hotel has been really convenient. Good location with a lot of establishments around, near trains and bus stations. Its quiet, the room is clean. Have been here basically my whole stay in Korea and really enjoyed it.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around. I would definitely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

모란역에서 가깝고 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 근처에 식당과 카페, 다이소, 올리브영, 편의점 등 편의 시설이 많아 매우 편리했습니다.

금연실로 예약했는데 담배냄새 하나도 안나고 깨끗했습니다. 가격이 많이 저렴한데도 불구하고 적당한 크기에 만족했습니다.

Hello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea). First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway. Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.
